Normandy Catering, which became our food service provider at the Jesuit Retreat Center two years ago, also did the catering for our annual Hearts on Fire fundraising event. The quality of the menu and food selections, the outstanding staff and service all made the evening a night to remember. We are so grateful to Jim and his team for the wonderful service they provided for this event and each and every day to our retreatants, guests and groups.

Normandy catering onsite at the Mooreland mansion left much to be desired. Drunk/ sick staff wrenching in the bathroom and knocking stuff over breaking things. The bride got hit in the face with flying glass. Spent $300 for one sheet pizza for a late night snack that was like sprinkled cheese and cardboard. I will recommend the smoore bar, but it was set up 4 rooms over from the dance floor. Hidden fees, unresponsive coordinators, and got ignored until I escalated my concerns. The only people not calling it in that night were my bartenders they were awesome.

Planning a celebration of life under stressed conditions. First proposal was for 100. Requested second proposal for 75, and to remove desserts and paper products. Desserts and paper was removed but they didn't reduce the amount of any of the food items. Again, under stress, saw the bottom line was lower so signed and paid. After all was said and done with a gross abundance of food, I looked closely at the invoice and saw they never changed the food quantity. When I called to enquire about it she blamed it on me for not recognizing it on the proposal. Don't trust them.

Normandy catering truly made my wedding reception dinner amazing. They took my slightly complicated plan and made it a perfect reality. All the guests were raving about the food as well.

We hired Normandy to cater our baby shower at home and it was the best decision yet! The whole staff was so kind and respectful and executed everything so well. Food was delicious as well! Highly recommend

We hired them to cater a wedding so it was not at their Wickliffe location. The good points were that the food tasted good. The bartenders were on top of it. They knew what some guests wanted as soon as they saw you. The bad points: our pasta was dry. We did not request extra marinara to have on the side of the buffet so the noodles sat in the chaffers drying out. Note to future customers: If you have any type of Italian dish with marinara in your buffet, ask to have extra sauce on the side. In hindsight I wish we would have known it wasn't going to be provided. Another note if ordering the pastry: they allow for only 2 pastries per guest. For 150 guests, there were 300 small pastries. Everyone took 4-5 pieces since they were so small. Keep that in mind when placing an order. Overall their service was good.
Booking my 50th Birthday party here. They do it all and I am impressed with the price. The party was EPIC! I had so much fun and the place turned out great! I am already planning my 55th here. I know it will be great.
