They forgot to deliver my large pepperoni pizza and they won't answer the phone and when I submitted a complaint online the site had an error and wouldn't send complaint. No refund no assistance. Definitely don't use this location. My advice is if you have to go to Pizza Hut do carry out so you can check the order before you leave.

In July, I ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with side of cheese sticks and garlic sauce. The order upon pickup was a garlic sauce pizza and bread sticks. The person took care of me promptly and I left and came back for it. When I went to pick up the corrected pizza, another staff member was rude to me when she attempted to try to give me the same wrong order. She insisted this was my order and it took some forceful correction for her to finally go back and speak to the nice man who fixed my order. I experienced an unnecessary attitude from this woman.

Second year of my family getting food poisoning from this location. I'm literally done. The pizza is fine but anything else is horrible. My mom got sick from the wings and now I got sick off the salad!! Really??

I ordered the cheesy bites but got the stuffed crust and they remade and delivered my order again. They use DoorDash for orders and I wish they didn’t because DoorDash then charged my card for dash pass when I don’t even have the app or an account with them. Also the first time the dasher came to the door and was friendly but the second time they left my food on the floor in the lobby of my apartment.

Was a little skeptical about ordering cause this is not the location I always do BUT, surprise, pizza was amazing, the breadsticks were crazy good and the cinnamon sticks where 10/10, and trust me, this is my second time eating them cause i always left them aside. Dont trust the reviews and give it a try, of course, times are different, i order at 9:31pm witch is not the same as ordering at noon but give the place a try.
I had ordered for delivery at 11:45am and the promise time was for 12:24pm. At 12:15 whe Iwas double checking the time when my food was going to arrive it said my order was canceled at 12:05pm. I was not happy about this. I will jot be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime soon.

This store is a complete joke. Accepted a order and I go to get it and they have been closed for a hour and have no idea where my order went even though it was accepted at this location. Among other issues I will not be returning to the pizza hut I have visiting since I was a kid. What a shame 0 stars is more accurate
