My Grandparents lived on E260th, and every Christmas my grandmother Josephine Somrak Traina baked up a storm. Her potica is unequaled to this day. My aunt sent me one of Sofie`s poticas. I must say this is one of the best I`ve had since the last time I had Gramma`s. My aunt and my sister knew a couple of ladies that baked, but can no longer make it. Kudos to Sophie for the amount of work that goes into baking this rare treat.
