I bought two sandwiches footlongs. The one I had wasn't bad but the one I bought for someone else was terrible. The other sandwich, the person couldn't even eat the sandwich. They ate half of it without the bread on it and didn't even bother with the other half. The bread they used shouldn't have been used; it should've been thrown out. It was overcooked and burnt; who would make a sandwich like that to sell and think that the customer would be happy with that, especially when you are paying $12.00 for the sandwich. Totally wrong!

It’s Monday December 18th at 1:02 writing this now I walked in and was greeted with a a nice lady behind the counter I told her what I wanted and she made the sandwich I paid and walked out I take a bite of my sandwich and it taste’s absolutely awful I always get the subway cold cut at my home town store and it has never tasted this bad in my life the meat had a weird taste that made me only eat a few bites staff was good food was horrible
Asked if customers could use restrooms. Skinny dark haired employee working on October 23rd 2023 350pm rudly said read sign no public restrooms. I said "I will be buying stuff. She said still no restrooms" I said ok give me a drink anyways. She seemed bothered by my presence. I asked how she was doing. She said "fine" I said it sure seems like it and I said I hope her day gets better. She said I don't need your sympathy. I said have a great day while walking out and was ignored. I'm sure this poor women is having a bad day and doesn't need a review making it worse but my goodness! That was the most uncomfortable experience I've had at a restaurant. And health code requires restrooms when dining in is an option.

The manager was rude some young girlthey made my order wrong was getting smart and than hung up on me when I told them my order was rude don’t order from here don’t waste your time or money .. food was cold and not correct the owner Alan nice and Darlene but they one employee rude with a bar attitude found a new job

This is the best subway around. Ingredients are always the freshest tasting and even the bread tastes way fresher then other locations. Like it hasn't been sitting around getting stale all day. I always order ahead on the app so I can't speak for the customer service but whoever is working there is doing a good job keeping things fresh and delicious.

I never thought a chain sub store could be different, but this one is better than the other Subway's I used before. They're not a stingy with the ingredients like most of the places are.
