We ordered pick up tonight .. they gave our food to someone else.. while waiting in store for 5 minutes, someone came in with our bag of food and told lady behind counter they were given the wrong order.. it was our order guy was out of store for 5 minutes with it and they said e had to take it they bluntly said they were not remaking it... ohhh they remade it by my choice not theirs.. how do you let my food leave the store with someone (wich honestly accident happen) but then tell me deal with it.. smh..if i woulda wanted it in someone's possession I woulda ordered delivery.. crazy to think thats exceptable

Lady was nice but after eating the food I have had nonstop toilet issues . I was wondering if it was just me and saw the food isn’t kept up well. Would have been nice to know.

Placed an order on DoorDash for the new chicken nachos. I said no onions and tomatoes and they still added them. The chips tasted stale, and there was no chipotle sauce or cheddar cheese sauce.

I bought two sandwiches footlongs. The one I had wasn't bad but the one I bought for someone else was terrible. The other sandwich, the person couldn't even eat the sandwich. They ate half of it without the bread on it and didn't even bother with the other half. The bread they used shouldn't have been used; it should've been thrown out. It was overcooked and burnt; who would make a sandwich like that to sell and think that the customer would be happy with that, especially when you are paying $12.00 for the sandwich. Totally wrong!
