The Toss Up (Salad Bar Restaurant)

The salads here are phenomenal!!! Fresh ingredients with great and prompt service. The Salmon salad had loads of flavor and the seasonings added a nice touch. Upon entry the space is super welcoming and I always enjoy the short wait time. The owners go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction and I will continue to support, I love the vision and execution!

Vegetarian options: Salad with all sort of topping options. They also have vegan chilli in the winter.

Kid-friendliness: Nat was excited to have a kid in the restaurant. She put a family movie on the tv just for our kid. Our kid was bummed about being at a restaurant with no fries or nuggets, but he thoroughly enjoyed his salmon salad.

Terrible customer service . He messed up our order and didn’t even have the decency to compensate us for the inconvenience. we also had to repeat our order to him twice . He forgot to make the smoothies until we reminded him. Doooont come . Smoothie is bland and the wraps are DRY !!!!!!!!!!! Then he only takes cash app because he Didn’t have a card reader working due to dead Phone ????

(this is an updated review) I was in the mood for a salad and Googled salad bars and this restaurant came up. I am from Wickliffe and had no idea it was there. I went in and ordered a large salad and I have to say it was spectacular. So much so I attempted to go there twice after that but they were having staffing issues. I wrote a negative review and I should have given it much more thought. It is too easy to be negative and they did not deserve that. I will be back because sometimes you just want a salad. Everything was crisp and fresh and the salsa ranch salad dressing was GREAT!! Excellent. They do need to get some diet pop though (I can forgive them this because that is not good for you anyhow)

I really wanted to like this place. I spent $45 on three salads because I meal prep for work. My first salad I thought the cheese tasted a little funny but I kept eating it. Until I realized it was moldy. And the cheese on all three salads was moldy. I usually wouldn't care and would just avoid the cheese but being pregnant I figured I would rather be safe than sorry as now I don't trust the quality of the restaurant. I won't return unfortunately.
