(this is an updated review) I was in the mood for a salad and Googled salad bars and this restaurant came up. I am from Wickliffe and had no idea it was there. I went in and ordered a large salad and I have to say it was spectacular. So much so I attempted to go there twice after that but they were having staffing issues. I wrote a negative review and I should have given it much more thought. It is too easy to be negative and they did not deserve that. I will be back because sometimes you just want a salad. Everything was crisp and fresh and the salsa ranch salad dressing was GREAT!! Excellent. They do need to get some diet pop though (I can forgive them this because that is not good for you anyhow)

I really wanted to like this place. I spent $45 on three salads because I meal prep for work. My first salad I thought the cheese tasted a little funny but I kept eating it. Until I realized it was moldy. And the cheese on all three salads was moldy. I usually wouldn't care and would just avoid the cheese but being pregnant I figured I would rather be safe than sorry as now I don't trust the quality of the restaurant. I won't return unfortunately.

Upon entering the space I felt comfortable, the vibe is warm and inviting. Both of the owners greeted me graciously. You immediately feel the integrity that they have for their business.The menu offerings were good and accommodate a variety of diet options. I ordered a salad and I received my order very timely. They use quality products, and it has consistently been that way. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth when it comes to offering, size, and quality.I follow a plant based lifestyle, so I appreciate having an option that is consistent and available. I am someone who is constantly researching trends regarding my lifestyle and I was able to talk about those things with the owners. They brought value to the conversation as they educated me on some product offerings to use at home.The salad was great and I enjoyed my experience. Kudos to a successful small black-owned business!

The Toss Up. Custom Salads, Smoothies, Wraps, etc., new place. Finally found a sauce that did right by a Gyro (Thursday special). Does not linger wishing it had more to give. It gives it. Tiny place, very neat and cozy, couple tables, nice atmosphere, spic and span. The upbeat, joyful, young woman proprietor/food preparer went over the menu with me. Food channel on TV while I waited a few minutes for my order. The Gyro was great! Will be back regularly for the specials and more. Across Euclid Ave. from Wickliffe Lanes, 30304 Euclid Ave. Wickliffe, Oh. Go try it!!
