We’re new to the area, New Washington so we’ve only been there twice and Friday we went for our 35th anniversary/Valentine’s Day dinner. Everyone was wonderful even the young ones that were serving our meal and the food was delicious. We had the fish which was delicious and there was more than we could eat. No doubt we’ll be back and hopefully we’ll bring friends.
We are from out of town and needed a late bite to eat. Restaurant was in a golf community and difficult to find. No signage. Unless you were a regular bar attendee here, we were basically ignored. Service was poor, attitude was aloof and reluctant. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
Quesidilla had little to nothing on it , also was greasy. Mac and cheese was cheap box brand, with cold fries that weren't very good.
served 3 drinks with flies already in them. had service was poor. I rarely complain but ...
also the " side " that you get comes in a small dressing container. amounted to 2 small bites worth...

The Brass Pelican offers a fun and friendly atmosphere with outdoor activities and a great view of the water. However, the service can be slow and there have been issues with flies in drinks. The quesadilla and mac and cheese were disappointing, while the donut burger was highly praised. The portion size of the "side" was small. Bathrooms are clean. The patio was closed during the visit, but guests were able to drink outside.
