We ordered a BLT sub. The sub literally had one piece of bacon. When I called to get another sub the woman refused to let me talk to the Manager.I had to leave work to go talk to him and show him pictures of what was sent to us. He apologized numerous times.. He remade our subs. If it wasn't for him, I would have never went back there.
I ordered a $50+ order with 5 different dishes and it was delivered 7 miles away. Everything was cooked perfectly with premium ingredients and it all arrived hot. I was impressed.

Ordered by phone - 12-4-2023. Advised NO mushrooms, alerject, add banana peppers. Had mushrooms on, no banana peppers, receipt even showed it. Made my very sick. Twice Brunos has messed up order,...I'm done with brunos!

The neighborhood is ok. The inside of the business is rough; the floors were sticky, the ceiling was falling in, there were no baseboards...The people were friendly and the pizza, though pricey, was PHENOMENAL!

Product was horrific. Dough should have been discarded. As it has the flat sour taste, bad yeast. Blamed Doordash. Defensive. It was the product. We are in professional high dining. Own it. Terrible service all the way around. The delivery driver couldn’t find our address, even though it was put in with the order correctly. They then text me and told me they were going to make a delivery and would be back in 20 minutes. We chose not to have cold food so I went to speak with the manager she didn’t offer to remake my food, she didn’t offer to give me my money back. She said I would have to dispute it with Slice since that’s the company we ordered through. She then proceeded to give me a phone number for slice and lied and said they had a 24 hour customer service. Once I left the restaurant I called and had to leave a voicemail because they in fact do not have customer service 24/7. So now we have no food and just spent $50 on pizza that we never received. If I could give zero stars I would.
