The crust on the pizzas is very good. The bottom is crispy (almost as if it were fried) which I love. The pizza is slightly on the greasy side but I always really enjoy it. The only reason I took off a star is because the restraint feels halfway shit down since dine in is not available.

Received a meatball sub bread was soaked with pizza sauce bread wasn’t toasted cheese was barley melted a the lady that took my order was extremely rude on the phone acted like she had a problem with taking my order worst service ever!

Had a pick up order for 4 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. Sent my daughter from Attica to pick up. They only gave us 3 pizzas and the breadsticks. When I called in to explain something was missing from our order, they could only offer a credit for future. I don't understand why the credit can't be reversed to my card tonight. We had to make another trip to pick up the pizza because they couldn't deliver to Attica. I spoke to a male manager and WE exchanged words. As someone that works in healthcare, I would NEVER treat a customer like he treated me. I explained to the manager EVERY time we order, our order is messed up and there will not be a next time to order and couldn't understand why he couldn't credit back to my card. He made a comment about why we ordered from EOC if it's always messed up. I really don't think that being rude to customers is a way to get/keep customers. I asked for owner info and was told Vicky would contact me this evening. I will be contacting again and attempting to contact corporate.

I ordered my food for delivery and it was delivered in less than 20 minutes from the time I ordered. We always make it a point to order from the Willard location every time we stay in Ohio. We live in West Virginia so we unfortunately don’t have this in our home state. Every time we order, we usually select delivery, and they always have it to us in an insane amount of time. Their delivery times are extremely fast and their delivery drivers are always so friendly. 10/10 recommend this place! The food is fantastic, the employees are nice, and they are quick!

Our pizza was made on time , and ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. The price is good also. The only suggestion I have is to put more cheese on the pizza .
