We haven't been here in awhile people posted it had gotten better so we tried it It is awful ordered 8 pc meal and 5 pc big box.pepsi was water something,biscuits were doughy,fries were so hard you couldn't eat them and the tenders were just crust very little chicken in them.I did call and person said they were manager I asked for their name they hung up on me I called back and no one answered phone.seriously so unprofessional The cost you pay for the food then it's not right then hanging up instead of making it right.Oh in past said you'll get a voucher never did

Got several large buckets with sides, biscuits, several large orders of nuggets, and lots of Mac and Cheese for my folks Anniversary party. They really enjoyed it as did all the kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. Nice multi-generational food that everyone liked! We did pickup.

Horrible!!!! Finally decided to try our KFC location. We order two 3 piece tender meals the chicken was cold and old the biscuit hard as rock the slaw was warm. I call the next day ask for the manager she listen to my complaint I was very pleasant. She tells me her name is Morgan she is night manager no worries come by tomorrow we will make it right. So again before work we go to KFC explain ourselves say we spoke to Morgan lastnight she said to come in she has my info she will make it right. Well first of all there is no Morgan period this manager tells me and instead of making things right she says sorry call corporate. Wow so two days in a row I couldn't eat before going into work because they are worst than kids here. Who lies about any of that. Also, pretty sure that when I heard this girl say the word manager ? ? ? she was the Morgan on the phone the evening prior. I called corporate they said the same things about making it right. However, I haven't seen any effort yet. So my hubby && I vow to never ever go there again the willard location anyways. Next time I want to over pay for food I will go to Chipotle that is what I should've done in the first place.

I ordered 2 piece white got piece and the other piece was all bone bisquit was hard as a brick coleslaw had on sauce. What is going through 1/2 of it away what a what a waist of 8.00$ wont order

I come there once a week, there is always a girl with blonde hair, she said her name is Marissa. She is always the nicest staff, one time my gas tank was open and I didn't know and she told me and helped me get it. Always seems happy to help!

Dirty but KFCI guess the food was ok for a KFC but it was anything but fresh. Staff was nice and service was fast. The bathrooms, tables, and floor were dirty.

It's great when they don't mess up yoir order or they actually have what you want to order. And prices are stupid, definitely don't get yr money's worth...Parking: Plenty of parking, just that it's a very small parking lot, the drive thru is a small for bigger vehicles...

It was delicious! I just love the extra crispy chicken because it reminds of good old home cooking just like grandma used to make and u always get greated with a smile. U guys are the best. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS. WILARD OHIO ?

Back in AUGUST we ordered a 12 piece chicken only, extra crispy, we got home, more than 20 minutes away, opened our bucket, we did not get ANY BREASTS, they replaced with thighs, the chicken was not extra crispy. I emailed the company on my receipt, they replied that I would get a voucher, it is now 2 MONTHS, still haven't received a voucher, even though I emailed several times to "remind" the company! KFC in Willard has lost another customer!?

Stopped in on a road trip with my son and his 2 boys and the first thing you notice are the 2 large touch screen menu's. There is nobody at the counter to take your order since getting help is so hard to find and keep. Ordering and paying was really easy, we sat at a table and after about 10 minutes they called out our order. Food was good and the place was clean, we would go back if in the area.
