Over 16 mins for my food. I ordered thought the app with counter pick up and countless cars went thought getting served with out even an apology for my wait or even acknowledged that I existed.

I had to pull around and wait for my food. That I’m getting use to, it’s when I ask for barbecue sauce and she says yeah it’s in the bag I get home I look in the bag and there’s no barbecue sauce. This is happening all the time need to do something.

Seems more and more often that this place just can not seem to get an order right. Every time I spend more than 20 dollars, my order is not right. From no straws for drinks to no sauce for nuggets to completely missing items. Either I need to find a new area to go to or I'm going to need to need to find a different fast food place to eat at. You are rolling the dice when you order too much. I have a family of 6 and let me tell you, that's a lot to order. So I expect disappointment with each order and am prepared to have to run back in to get my missing items.

This is probably the slowest fast food place I have been to. Some reviews said to go in the drive through for more speed, which better be the case because I waited 15 minutes in the lobby. Also seemed like the staff were zombies. Maybe it's time to treat them better?

I don't know what to say, I had a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Fish was okay. Chicken head two pieces of pickle on it and nothing else and it was just in a bag and that was it pretty bland not very good maybe overcooked in the deep fryer or the fry oil was a bit

THEN THEY MERGE INTO 1 GOING UP TO THE WINDOW AKA THE "PLEASE PULL FORWARD WINDOW." THAT'S 3. THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE PULL FORWARD LINE. 4. THEN YOU PROBABLY HAVE TO DODGE INCOMING CARS WHILE LEAVING SINCE THE PULL FORWARD LOCATION IS RIGHT BEHIND THE ORIGINAL SPLIT LINES WHERE YOU ORIGINALLY ORDER. THIS IS WILLARD, A TOWN OF 6,000, NOT NYC. This location is an OBNOXIOUS fast food dystopia.
