Grandma's Pizza-Main Williamsburg

Ordered online took an hour and a half to get my pizza and gyro, but my salad was walked to me by someone 20 minutes before my pizza was delivered because the delivery driver forgot it. I live 2 blocks away. So I called to make sure THAT guy got the tip. So cold, late, and delivered 2 times within 2 hours. Also my gyro was wrong, called them and yelled at ME and said they were closing (at 7) and hung up on me. I will never order again, and idk how day shift is but I wouldn't order at night ever.

Called in for 2 steak hoagies with extra pizza sauce and heavy on the banana peppers. Why did the woman that took the order tell me she had no idea what I was talking about and then told me the bp’s weren’t on the ticket after she read the order back to me 20 minutes prior? I’ll stick with Main Street Pizza y’all suck!!!!!

Talked to the owner while food was being made, some of the best conversation I've had in awhile, food was fantastic! I was just driving through town which I haven't done since the 90's decided to try this place after not having for a long time, still a top pizza joint in clermont county!

Way better now

After the service I got today I will not be coming back. Specifically asked for everything I ordered to be lightly cooked as it ask on the online ordering how would you like your stuff cooked, I answered and how I received my pizza was burnt he basically told me it wasn’t his problem that I had to wait another 25-30 minutes for a new one to be cooked after I waited an hour already. I asked for the managers name and he refused to tell me who the manager was and wouldn’t even give me his name. In the end another employee made another pizza then had it delivered to my house.

Got a pizza with barely any sauce on it told i would be credited for it called them a almost a week later to be told I have to wait another week until the manager makes it in because the 1 manager that can credit orders only works once every couple weeks

I’ve lived in Williamsburg for 3 years now and this pizza place always been my go to. The big gramma pizza are always the best when feeding family of 4. The Apple strudel is the best for desert. Affordable prices. Staffs are nice and well polite. This place is always busy on weekends. I recommend this establishment for your pizza dining!

I'm not sure but somebody down there is an awesome cook and somebody down there is not It flip flops on the great pizzas

Placed our order for delivery (2 hoagies and 2 fries) at 4:38 pm. 5:40-5:50 was when our order was supposed to be delivered. Called them at 6:10 to see where our order was and was told “it’s coming out of the oven now”. The time is currently 6:35pm and we’re still waiting on our order.

My go to for food. They make great food!!

NOT ur finest hour! Hardly ANY ham in the Chef salad, wings were SLOPPY, ranch dressing was bad, fries were cold. FOOD and PRESENTATION both SUB-PAR. YOU CAN DO BETTER but it will be awhile, if ever, that I let you try to prove that to me, ONCE AGAIN.
