I really don't like to leave a bad review,but this place was awful. The food, and inside the restaurant. I'm really surprised this place has not been shut down. I just ordered a large pizza 4 tops for my uncle,dad, and I, and I went to pick it up bc the Grandma in Mt. Orab has been closed down for a while,so anyhow, we tried this one. The pizza was old and cold. The toppings were raw. I think they threw them on top of an old pepperoni pizza from earlier or even the night b4. When I got there, the place looked really rough, nothing like what I saw when I looked it up online. Anyway I hope they clean their places up and get some decent equipment and / or definitely clean that place up. Standing at the register to pay and the oven is covered in oil spewing all over the outside of it, I think, and dirt. It just really needs a do over or to be closed down.

This IS NOT a review on the food. We never got that far. This is more of a PSA for those with mobility issues. We stopped in for dinner with my daughter, who can walk but needs assistance in new and tight spaces. There are two steps on the corner entrance of the building with a door that sits on the diagonal. The steps aren't very deep, which made it difficult for her to judge their size and safely step up. Once on the landing their is barely enough room to navigate opening the door while standing on the small stoop. Had my boyfriend not been there to help, I'm not sure it would've been possible.Once inside, we realized it was take out only with no place to sit, and we were looking for dine in, so we just left bit had to immediately renegotiate the steps. It was easier going out than coming I'm but the whole thing was exhausting.Wheelchair accessibility: NONE. If there is, better signage would do wonders.

The lady that works there is snobby and seems like she absolutely miserable which she reflects that energy on you. Was on the phone for 5 minutes and had to hang the phone up. Will never make an order from here again.

First time visiting location. I usually order delivery. We had a special reason to visit in person. We found a pretty painted rock in town earlier in the week. Didn't think anything of it. Neighbor kid shows me that on the back of rock it reads, "if found return to Grandma's pizza" He tell me that you win free food/drinks when you return the rock. You spin a numbered prize wheel and then you can use your free item then or later up to you! Cool I keep looking for more painted rocks that were put in town in various places.

Excellent service and excellent dinner experience! Perfectly cooked shrimp and fries. Garlic bread was awesome. Mushroom hoagies had plenty of sauce with great flavor. Well done Grammas. We will be back soon!

Waited for a hour for a order for pick up when I got there they hadn't put it in the oven yet..understaffed and under educated not to mention artery clogging food.i will never order anything from this place. Disgusting and dirty
Just ordered from here for the first time ever, and the food is uh-mazing, not to mention they agreed to deliver to us even though we are about 15 minutes away. The delivery driver was very courteous and sweet and also let us know that they make the sauce and dough themselves. We will be ordering again from Grandma's (of course next time we will pick up so the driver can complete their orders timely!)

Ordered pizza, sandwiches, french fries, a salad! My hoagie was almost still frozen! Didn't get our salad or fries! We will NEVER order from here again! Person who answered phone was VERY VERY RUDE! I WOULDNT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The food is outstanding the only thing I really have on them is they don't give you a time or an estimate of when the food will arrive at your house they say it gets there as soon as we can

I have been to every Grandma's pizza in Ohio and Ky....I wish there was one closer to Bellevue/Newport area...but until then I will travel...I have been eating this pizza since the 80s...AND IT IS FANTABULOUS!!! I have no problem driving to them.....IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED IT YET...IT'S ABOUT TIME YOU DO!!!!
