I've decided to start going on a food truck tour this upcoming year. I've been noticing this truck sitting there and made a point to stop by today. So thankful I did. I ordered a burger from them with some Cajun season fries. If you like 5 guys or smash burger, then this place is for you! what I liked about it more than them 2 places, it wasn't that greasy! That in itself was a great start. Getting the opportunity to watch them make your food fresh and not using frozen patties was another homerun for me! The toppings were spot on, tomatoes were fresh and beautiful in color, lettuce crisp and chopped the way I love it! Iam not a mayo guy but, the burger I chose had Aoli sauce which is mayo based. I LOVED IT!!! Also had the opportunity to meet the owner and chat. What a success story. It is very affordable for a family of 2,4 and more! My advice, do not waist your money on the local corporate food chains, invest in small and local buisness like this one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
