Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waited over a hour for takeout and the food was COLD!!! Food wasn’t even prepared properly!!

They have definitely changed the environment here. Everything was so good and the restaurant was so clean and the staff was so nice

Visited for dinner, and was told that they were short staff, so although there weren't a lot of people, the service was a but slow. That said, the level of service MORE than made up for it. The bartender was extremely attentive and had a great attitude. The waiter was also very friendly and very attentive. Kudos to the staff.

Most of the food we ordered was so cold it was like it hadn't been cooked. We opened it in the car right after they handed it to us. There was grey hair found in our food. The kids burgers were ridiculously small, cold, poorly made patties on a big bun with a miniscule amount of cold fries Garlic green beans were poor quality and refrigerator cold. All the burgers were over cooked. I can't believe I spent $50 on this...

Terrible Management. In the 2 mins after sitting down at the bar a lady manager was hardcore belittling her bartender in front of all the customers at the bar. It was very unprofessional and inappropriate. She should have talked to him in private. I voiced my concern to her. She did not apologize for her behavior or address my concerns. Very unprofessional. I left as a result.

Waited an hour and a half for APPETIZERS and we had to grab our own menus and seat ourselves, it even took 15 minutes to get a glass of water. Keep in mind we were 1 of 4 tables.

Our previous experiences at this particular Applebee's have been great but not tonight. For some reason we were seated in the bar area and the bartender was our waiter. We arrived just after 4 p.m. so not a busy time. Service was very slow. After a 15 minute wait we were served our salad. As I was eating my salad I picked up what I thought was a crouton but come to find out it was a pie of chicken tender, uncooked. That was spitted out. Then our entrees arrive. It was obvious the one entree was under the heat lamp for a long time as the pasta with the chicken & broccoli was dried out. My entree came without the waffle fries. So for $40 we received a disappointing meal. I'm going to Sheetz now to get some dessert. I didn't want to chance ordering dessert at this Applebee's.

No complaints about the food. However, most of the tables we saw were unclean. We weren’t greeted and we had to track someone down to get service.

Service was excellent and accommodating due to the waiter being both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was prompt and on point with refills and check-ins.

The establishment was clean and inviting, quiet and relaxing.

The food, like most of these casual chains, was uninspired, fried and reheated bagged to plate meals. It is what it is. My wife loves it. I could do without.

If you LIKE Applebee's, then this was a very nice and clean version of it. Well run and a credit to the franchise.

We had a wonderful experience there! We left Cracker Barrell because they couldn't accommodate us in an area that was more comfortable even though there were tables being served behind us and next to us. The food was great (appetizers - my favorite there) and our waitress was very kind and patient as we had many questions about the special. We asked the manager if we would have been able to sit wherever we wanted and she said yes, the customer comes first!

Filthy! I had to kick the food from under my table. It was a table of 7 and 3 ate and finished than 3 more and they finished then my daughter. My ribs weren't charred they were burnt with cold mashed potatoes. Probably because I had to find someone for silverware. My daughter sad her chicken and shrimp was inedible. The only good thing was the drink. I don't have a lot of money and we adopted 5 kids so once a month we try and have a outing. This was disappointing. I saw the manager but he never came on my side of the restaurant.

Rachel was amazing, destiny on the other hand was not. Her trainee kept track of all of her orders and tables for her while destiny would disappear into the kitchen. Her trainee was also amazing. But our food was brought out cold, and our appetizer was brought out after our entree. Destiny also did not acknowledge us and when she did because we complained she was very rude about it. The manager was also very polite and very understanding of the situation, which was very appreciated.

You might wait 10+ minutes to be acknowledged at the door. They will tell you There is a 20 minute wait to be seated, although you can see that the place is empty. They leave the bar full of dirty plates and cups so you won’t sit there. I can’t rate the food because I did not stay to eat. They don’t want your business, go somewhere else .

My family and I stopped here on the way home from Niagara Falls and our waitress CiCi was awesome and the manager Ms Angel was amazing. Treated my children like they were her grandchildren. The food was good and we’re leaving full

Terrible. Waitress was decent. Drinks were nasty didn't look like what was advertised. Took 35 minutes for them to bring the drinks and forgot to put that tequila kickers in and brought those out after the meal. Smdh. Food was nasty. Ordered the Trio sampler for appetizers. Shrimp was supposed to be crunchy and was soggy.
