Went to this beautiful place. Table was delivered 1 to 2 seconds faster than usual. Staff is very professional. Server was spot-on and had it right when asked about the chocolate milkshake drink and how the burger was prepared: well-done. There was absolutely no pink on the burger. No amount of pink. Fries were super-wonderful. Server wasted zero time making the chocolate milkshake. Both the food and the drink was all done in perfect timing.

Came in around 9:50pm Sunday night.. Stood at the door for 10 mins did not get acknowledged by anyone. There were 2 servers and a bartender. 2 tables and 4 bar guests. Everyone was looking at us like we were in the wrong for standing there waiting for a table, it was very uncomfortable. After making eye contact with the 3 workers several times, I asked the bartender if we were able to get some service. She rudely said “yeah we will be right with you” I’m literally watching the server sitting at the bar drinking her pop not doing anything, why can’t she seat us? Aren’t these servers wanting to make a good impression so we will leave them a nice tip? I don’t understand but I definitely don’t recommend this place!!! We turned around and walked out that door because I didn’t mind waiting for a table but, the fact that they didn’t even acknowledge us for that whole time on purpose and we didn’t get to eat is annoying. Website says closed at midnight, we were plenty early. Do better.

For service was horrible, placed at table, drinks come no straws or napkins. Finally get straws still no napkins and my cup is leaking. Food order placed by 430p, appetizers come nephew hot wings Luke warm, sister chicken wonton cold and there's 2 orders she only order one , my classic combo comes still no plates or utensils so 3 people reaching over eating out of this. But I'm okay. Now food comes out her 2 /32 bourbon chicken still no utensils or napkins her mashed potatoes are cold and there's no garlic sauce on the chicken and she wanted extra. So she doesn't want anything. So the have me down for two 2/32 I only order one. They claimed they took off the items that were extra and the food my sister refused. But how my total 131 for one 2/32, 3 strawberry slushes, long Island that was kool-aid, classic appetizer and a chicken bacon ran h meal. Please I say please do not come here.

I came in here lastnight after a long day, and was greeted by an older elderly white woman. Who immediately told me that there would be a 45 min wait do to lack of employees. It was no issue for me personally. She gave such a unwelcoming vibe & I later found out why that may have been. once I was seated I waited 1 hour & 15 mins for a simple steak, mind you there was little to no one in there at the time. Eventually I did get my food & still tip my server because of the kindness of my heart. Not because it was earned. My food was super cold. Also an African American family showed up & they was extremely rude to them. They ended up leaving. Overall the atmosphere gave lazy and a pinch racist

I ate here for dinner the other afternoon and I got seated pretty quick and then greeted by my server soon after. She was nice but she was out of sight most of the time so when my appetizer came out (boneless wings) and I had no fork I had to eat them with my fingers and I also had no napkins to wipe them off with for awhile. When she did finally come over I asked for silverware and napkins and she got them pretty quickly. She refilled my drink once and I ended up just taking it to go. It took 40+ minutes for the food to come out and I was trying my hardest not to eat all my wings because I know I would be full. It sucked because I saw someone come in a while after me and they got their food before me. When I finally did get my food it was okay and I ate it all. The table was clean and the restaurant was quiet so I enjoyed myself while I waited.Parking: Big parking lotKid-friendliness: High chairs, kids menus
