I called to place a pick up order - a pizza, jojos, and boneless wings, split sauce on the side. The lady repeated back to me exactly what I ordered - when we picked up the food we got thin French fries, not even close to jojos, boneless wings smothered in sauce and the pizza could have been cooked longer. We would have left without the food but they “couldnt place the order without a card over the phone”.. I’ve been wanting to try this place bc I drive by often, won’t be going back here

I ordered two small pizzas and a side of Mac and cheese bites through DoorDash. It was taking over an hour and a half and it still wasn’t sent out for pickup. The bar manager explained that she was new and the cook was new, they only had XL size dough and tried to cut it up to make small pizzas but it didn’t work. They had to call in the usual cook to try to come help. She asked if I wanted the pizzas refunded and I said if you can make the pizzas please include them in the order. I placed the order at 8pm by 10:30pm only the Mac and cheese bites were delivered. Me and my girlfriend were starving and we both work early. We both ordered two 6 cuts I don’t see why they just wouldn’t have tried to make a half and half 12 cut or couldn’t have cut the XL dough smaller in some way. I called back and they said we were welcome to place a new order for XL pizzas. By then it was almost 11pm and wasn’t about to pay full price for a XL pizza after this ordeal. I’m not here to be mean or belittle anyone, the staff was nice and very apologetic. I felt bad since they were new, and we’ve all been new at one point. We’re all out here just trying to make a living but regardless what happened is unacceptable. You can’t brand yourself as a “pizza and pub” and not deliver on the pizza. If I were the owner I would be most concerned. This is on the owner to better equip his/her staff and maintain a high standard as a reputable business in the community.

I was entertaining friends from out of town. We had a late night pizza craving. So we googled "pizza near me". So we ended up at this place which on weekends obviously becomes a night club. We didn't mind the loud music and club atmosphere but the service and food was poor. I ordered 2 pizzas and drinks. Got half the drinks ASAP. Got the others 15 minutes later after we ask where the rest of them were. Then after about 45 minutes, I asked about the pizza. Apparently they didn't put the order in. 15 minutes later, they only brought out one pizza and it was a smaller pizza than what I orginally ordered. Apparently they only put in for one and with the loud music, there was a lapse of communication. Eventually got the other pizza but this was 90 minutes after the initial order. So don't go on an evening during the weekend, if you're looking for food. But enjoy the twerking.
Those of you reading this it sickens me reading the other reviews. They got one just one cook and i was in there one night that kid looks like he been through hell. I seen 12 people show up and grab menus then all orda food at once. The. They had the gall to gripe about it taking to long ? Nah I heard the bartender yelling at that kid ova it. Do you people not realize it's ya all's fault yo food take too long ? They got only one cook.I'm remaining anonymous under my email name but ya all show that kid some respect I ain't met him nah but I seen the look on his face he looks like he's got no soul he got that thousand yard stare. Ain't no one even my own enemies deserve that kind of stress show that boy some spect.I do recommend their blackened wings he may be a white boy cookin em but he knows what flavas be bussin. Honey bourban fried crispy was my take out from their and damn was it good.

I placed an order on the website and the payment already came out of my account, I go to pick it up 40 minutes because that was was the pick up time. I walk in and a lady and gentleman are sitting at the bar and the lady says hello I say hi here to pick up an online order they both say no we cancelled it. We dont have anyone to work in the kitchen right now. I'm sorry but if my kitchen staff calls off and Im not busy which she wasnt id be the one trying to make the food and do online orders. Not only that but if i have to cancel someones food order id be calling them not just like oh sent an email. You'll be refunded in a few business days. I'm like well it would of been nice to be aware of that situation. They sent an email. I'm like okay. Working with the public has alot to do with communication and having to handle situations appropriately not just like I don't know what to tell you pretty much. Just very unprofessional .
