Response next day: No i didnt, i arrived like 10 mins before close and i clearly said i called in order lol. I dont have kids lmao bc earth is trash lol. I dont have friends lol. Fair enuff @ antique, still feels dingy lol. I WOULD NEVER ASK FOR FREE FOOD. NOTHING IN LIFE IS "FREE" lol. You got the wrong guy. Im a lone wolf. YOU JUST LOST 1/2, YOUR LAST STAR BC OF THIS NONSENSE RESPONSE LOL make sure you response to my yelp review too lolAte here on 4/4. Interior outdated & poor. Language barrier calling in order. Order was wrong. Food was ok but poor handling bc i caught a little bug directly after eating what i DIDNT order. Its was like brussle sprouts & shrimp gross. I wanted shrimp lo mein. The mixed veg was good though. Price good. Packaging usual. No forks or napkins. Made decently quick. Nxt time ima just eat toxic food from mcdonalds. All the other food places round here look weak

The food was hot and tasty. Our server could not have been sweeter, she clearly wanted to be there. But even though this place has a giant dining room it's mostly unused. Lots of carry-out orders were picked up while we were there. They use Grubhub too.

I first ordered takeout from Golden Mountain last summer on a whim and have been habitually ordering at least once a month since then. The service is always friendly and timely, although it seems like they may be a little understaffed on some days.The food quality is consistently high and always fresh, with my personal favorite being their Governor's Chicken. A heavy portion of good cuts of chicken, battered in a wonderfully soft and sweet tempura; the sauce pleasantly sweet and spicy. It may be an odd thing to include in a review, but Golden Mountain serves some of the best white rice I've had the pleasure of eating.As some other reviews might mention, the interior is a bit dim and dated... But personally, I find it adds a bit of charm and character.All around, Golden Mountain is my absolute favorite takeout place in the area by a wide margin. Keep up the great work!

The food was was not good, egg foo young is supposed to have a dark rich brown gravy this gravy looked more like a light chicken gravy tasted horrible. Our other dishes were edible at best. And that was after waiting 68 minutes. I will never go back.

The pork egg foo young was really really good and so was the gravy, but I was really disappointed on how thin the egg foo young patties were. But the shrimp toast is why I gave one star review, that was the most tiniest shrimp toast I have ever had and it tasted absolutely horrible.... I was hoping I found my go-to Chinese restaurant for shrimp toast and egg foo young but obviously I haven't, very disappointed especially after how much I spent using doordash!!!!
