I love to support local and especially black own but my god some make it hard to. They open when they want, pick and choose when to answer the phones and you may get lucky with the customer service. Heartbreaking

I go to Kim’s wings all the time and was thinking about going today and remembered the last time I went about a month ago I had purchased two beef polish boys when I got home I had already eaten one 😝and my daughter was going to eat the other one and the bag was full of gnats and I had to throw out everything in the outside trash can, what a turn off. This was my first bad experience. Usually I enjoy the food.

We get these wings whenever we come to Cleveland. They have a unique batter that I've not had anywhere else. Order was hot and the wings were juicy. I recommend getting the sauce on the side.

Stopped in the old neighborhood for a polish boy and wings. You won’t find either of these in Chicago!!!! Well deserved❤️I miss Richmond Heights, Cleveland and Euclid. Still a part of me ❤️😍

These people can not get it together. They don't answer the phone half the time. Orders are Always wrong. You pay for sauce and there isn't any on your fries or wings. The employees have major attitude. Terrible leadership at both locations.
Today they are closed. We called, the line was busy. Smh it's just ridiculous. I will just go somewhere else from now on.

My fish was so overcooked it was black on the inside. The wings were dry and had no flavor. We had to drench everything in sauce to eat it. The sauce doesn't even taste like it used to. Very disappointed.
