These people can not get it together. They don't answer the phone half the time. Orders are Always wrong. You pay for sauce and there isn't any on your fries or wings. The employees have major attitude. Terrible leadership at both locations.
Today they are closed. We called, the line was busy. Smh it's just ridiculous. I will just go somewhere else from now on.

My fish was so overcooked it was black on the inside. The wings were dry and had no flavor. We had to drench everything in sauce to eat it. The sauce doesn't even taste like it used to. Very disappointed.
I had the fish and wing combo and everything was so good and still hot once I got home. Next time I'll be ordering an extra piece of fish. Customer service was great also.

I got 2 wing dinners! First off when did wing dinners only have 4 wings? They where old taste like Friday's food, paid extra for Mac and cheese it was ok, greens was ok to much water in them. And for $33 I was very disappointed. Never again. Food as really went down.

I had the Catfish Boy, the flavor really good, the fish was cooked perfectly. The service was polite and professional. The restaurant was clean and well kept. An all around good experience not sure why the ratings are so low. Give them a try!

Picked up 15wingd 10 with sauce 5 no sauce a rib dinner very disappointed I have been going to Kim’s on St Clair for 50 years I am 73 to date never had food that wasn’t freshly cooked liked I expected the 15 wings I just paid burned ribs old just covered with sauce and the fries hard and cold I don’t know if this location is affiliated with St Clare’s location or not but very dissafied with yesterdays left overs because that’s what I got never again and I know lots of people my family very large and a large congregation I am a very hostist woman I would like to think that is why the Lord saw fit to bring me through so much and here to day Ressurection week I just don’t appreciate my small allowance monthly going to yesterdays left overs I hope you heard every word I said
