This place is a hit or miss. Half they time you'll call to see if they actually have what you want and guess what...they don't answer or pick up and sit the phone down. I've witnessed this with my own eyes. Customer service needs a serious improvement.

They Answer Then Hang Straight Up One Of Those Times I Called They Held The Phone For A Second While I’m Saying Hello Then Hung Up! What Type Of “ Professional “ Restaurant Does This That’s So Rude!

I was so disappointed. I am a Cleveland native who now lives in Florida. My mission every time I come to visit is to get Kim's Wings. My friend suggested I visit the Chardon location because the food is served faster than the St. Clair location. Never again, the service was mediocre; the food was served fast, but the chicken was old and full of old grease tasting batter with a drizzle of bbq sauce. The polish boys were smaller and it wasn't the usual sausage. Very disappointed.

I still wanted a BBQ wing dinner! I drove over to Kim's Wings Chardon Rd, and the food was hot, fresh, inexpensive, and delicious!!! Kim's does it right. Kim's ribs are also on Point! Before you go, check their hours of operation. Delicious!!!
