I came into the restaurant on Saturday 8/23. I wouldn't normally review something as simple as a McDonald's run but I found it necessary here.I placed a mobile order and despite waiting an hour, my meal was never made and after asking about it, the manager refused to make my order. I even showed her an email with my order number. She also refused to give me her name. I had to contact corporate for a refund.

I usually frequent this McDonald’s establishments because the food is fresh and made correctly but the last few times I’ve gone order has been made incorrectly and modifications completely ignored. Tonight topped it. I don’t mind being charged for extra but at least give extra. And the cheese should be placed on the sandwich not the box. Fries were half cooked as well. I don’t think I’ll be back after tonight.

Never a bad visit. Probably one of the best McDonald's in the area. This morning (Thursday, 6/26)the drive thru was hustling right along. The young lady at the pay window was super efficient and friendly. Shout out to the young man at the pick up window (Kamaril?) Was ready to deliver when I pulled up. He was friendly and courteous. Good crew backing him up. Rarely do i have to pull up and wait at this location.

Yet another McDonald's only worried about up selling and getting more out of the customer than there willing to spend. I would skip this McDonald's. There's one down the road much better and more customer friendly
On Friday 4/11/25 at approximately 10:35pm pulled up in the drive thru only to be told we’re closed - however on the website the closing hours clearly state 11pm - also if your going to close early @ least have the courtesy to turn the menu lights off & the lights out on the signage of the building - just disrespectful however the Mayfield location is open until midnight they know how to treat their customers better with respect !!
