It’s a Indian lady that works there thinks she’s the owner I went in yesterday Thursday 10-9-2025 for the sub of the day asked to upgrade to a foot long she told me she’s only selling me a 6 inch and proceeded to only put 6 inch bread on the counter I repeated myself again no I want a foot long she proceeded to say again I’m not selling you a foot long I’m like the description says it’s a 3 dollar up charge so then she goes and grabs the foot long bread and said something slick in there language and slammed it down on the counter this kinda behavior at a place of business is crazy!

This subway is not the one. I ordered the steak Philly sub and they barely put any meat on it. I wish I had took pictures bit I just got off work and was hungry.

The store looks great but the service is extremely poor. The servers skimped on the meat on my foot long sandwich and were very rude. I’ll skip this shop for now on.

Shockingly unprofessional service I experienced today. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, yet when I arrived, they claimed they couldn't see the order. I showed them the confirmation, and still, they made me wait half an hour because their system was apparently "not working properly." Instead of apologizing, they were casually playing with cables trying to fix it, wasting my time like it meant nothing.
The worker had an attitude that was outright rude and mean. To add insult to injury, I ordered steak—what did I get? Chicken. It's beyond incompetence.
To top it off, even after showing my order confirmation to her on the DoorDash app, she demanded to see my receipt before handing me the food. It left me feeling like the interaction was unnecessarily unjust. the whole situation left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. Never again will I set foot in this poorly managed, disorganized place. The staff are a disgrace, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. Never visiting again.

Young lady at counter had face of stone. It would kill her to smile! When you're are in the service industry that's the least you could do. I'll find another Subway to give my business.
We ordered online from this Subway on Mothers Day. When we arrived, the app said our order was ready but they had not yet started to work on it. We waited about 12 minutes for our food to be done. We were missing a drink, pointed it out and the manager at the counter was really accusatory and dismissive until one of his employees corrected him. The other employee was a sweetheart and offered excellent service. The food was good, and the restaurant was spacious and clean.

Hit or miss at this place, today was the last time I go here. Sandwich had so much dressing that it was sopping wet, uneatable. No double cheese that comes with the sandwich. Rude people as well.

This location always has some of the nicest workers I have dealt with in terms of fast food/casual dining. That being said I rarely have enough time to get to it during work hours so sometimes try to pick it up at 8 AM, which is when they advertise to be open. After about 10 attempts, they have yet to actually be open at 8 AM.
