We got there when they opened at 11:00. There were six of us. Another table had a couple there. I don't know if there were any people on the inside. It took 55 minutes for us to get our lunch. They charged me an extra $.75 for mayonnaise but didn't charge my friend an additional charge for extra dressing for her sandwich. They charged me $5.50 for an up charge for eight onion rings. My friend got a whole basket of french fries for $3.50. We do a monthly lunch. Generally there are 12 of us. Based on today's experience we decided that we will not go back.

Horrible, the service was slow, the salad was wilted, burger wasn't cooked right I spent over $70 and it was the worst experience. My first time and last time. Tried reaching out to management. No response. Melissa, alton and the staff is absolutely horrible. Asked to speak to the owner and he is "sick". Told me to come to the establishment alone before they open to give me back money for my horrible experience. I can't make this up if I tried. I have never in my life ever felt so disappointed, disrespected. This place is so sketchy.
