I only rated the food 4 stars because I got the new Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and some pieces of the meat I had to keep spitting out, like the grissles or something!!.....Nothing bad on the workers/employees themselves, they were great!!

First time I went there the new cheese steak sandwich was good. The second one was terrible. Opened the sandwich package, the whole sandwich was wet and so badly put together will never buy one again. Told a friend about the sandwich the day before and the next day told me same thing as I experienced. Not happy and mad at myself for not taking it back.......

The past few times I've come thru they stuff everything in one bag and tell me everything's in there only to get home and find items missing.. same again today and half of the order that was there was incorrect.. pretty disappointing for the kids and amount of money spent

Yeah whoever the short girl is with the dreadlocks has THE WORST attitude!!! So rude!! If you don’t like your job FIND A NEW ONE!! She clearly does not work well with the general public and needs to rethink her career choice because there’s no reason to be that rude towards PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Cashier didn't wear gloves or think he should have made me a new milk shake when his hands touched the whipped cream, fries were cold, but my Hawaiian fish deluxe sandwich was the bomb‼️Love Arby's fish sandwiches....normally this is my favorite Arby's to go to...I guess you either have to ask for fresh fries or go when they are busy but common sense should tell you people.dont want your hands touching their food unless your constantly changing gloves or washing your hands

Everyone is super nice there. Very clean area. Nice staff. Especially George he's the best. You can tell that man really loves his job and does amazing with his crew. Very outgoing person. George if you see this keep doing great and shake off the rest!!
