Staff needs to pay more attention to order requests from customers when either coming in or ordering on the app. Fast food is very expensive anyway, and it's not right to pay for extras that you don't get.
This BK is by far the best one! Great employees the one guy that usually works the 1st window with glasses is always super nice. My usual go to is McDonald’s but by far this bk has blown the McDonald’s that is next to it out of the water. Tonight I went there and there were 2 people working and I could not tell they were short staffed my food was hot and ready when I got to the window. Also great job management for kicking a$$.

Normally would give this BK high rating as it was my favorite. Last visit I had 2 20s in my wallet. Ordered a Whopper with bacon came up to 6.99.Gave the guy a 20 and he gives me 3.00 back and a receipt already printed before I got to the window. I disputed. He tells me have a nice day sir. Dismisses it and closes the window. I really did not feel like arguing with this kid. Let it go and have decided to not even eat here anymore. Kinda sucks that the only help they can get are thieves.

I picked up breakfast at the drive-thru before 8:00 on a Tuesday. The food came out quick, was fresh and hot. The large hash browns for which I used a coupon was filled to the top. The coffee was fresh and hot. I received napkins, a sauce packet for my burrito, cream and sugar for my coffee and a stir stick. I received service with a smile. I was asked how I was doing and told to have a nice day. The service was exceptional. Thank you!

Might as well ask them to just throw random sandwhiches in a bag. The food is never hot, not even warm. They can't get an order right. The managers are beyond nasty when you ask them to fix it. Seriously, its pretty bad how down right rude they are.Its taken this location 3 times to get a 4 sandwhich order right more than once. All 3 of the last times I've gone here the order is screwed up. One of those times it wasnt even close, and another they clearly put someone elses order in with mine, and yelled at me for returning the food I didnt pay for.I like burger king, but im done with this location. That tv commercial they payed to play 20 times an hour is a lie. You can't have it your way at BK.

Terrible service. Food was awful. I ordered a chicken sand I asked for a fresh one to be made as I can't eat real crispy food. They sent out a nasty chicken sandwich they add no mayo or any sauce on it. No condiments. It was dry bun was soggy. I asked for some mayo on the sandwich the lady said I had to pay Xtra for mayo.She was so rude. I returned it went next door to Arby's the had buy I get one half off came wit lettuce, tomatoes and mayo for no additional charge.
