“Like a lot of the recent reviews you expect fast food service now to be horrendous. We went at 7:30 at night. Oh my gosh, the service was amazing.
Guy working the drive-through was super polite really nice
And the two girls handing out the food were super fast. I am shocked at my experience.
I mean the food was even 10 out of 10

“I've never had any problems or issues with this Wendy's, regardless of who's staffed when I visit. I'm a drive-thru regular whom they've taken the time and made the effort to know my order and how I want it by my order itself and possibly even the sound of my voice. After three visits or so, they became familiar with me. After my order is complete, someone will say, "Is thus our guy"! or "Is this my man!" I always laugh, and say, "Yes!" We all know the order, and cost, and they simply say, "Second window please!" Payment, order, fist bump, and I'm gone. I feel very valued as a customer. Also, I visit only 2-3 times a week, but consider myself a regular.“

“I stopped at this McDonald's location because I was in a hurry and needed my meal fast. I haven't particularly liked McDonald's food for several years; it just seems to have gone down-hill. I was pleasantly surprised with my meal today - it reminded me of why I loved McDonald's as a kid. Everything was SO GOOD! The only thing I would change is the volume of the music - just too loud. Even the bathroom was clean. Well done, McDonald's on Vine!“

If you people can't read your tickets, or tell the difference between a single and a double burger, if you don't know what medium well is, and all you can do is send people cold, limp, soggy fries every single time they order you should not be in business, period. You have some non-cooking mo fo's working for you and you need to CLOSE IT DOWN“

“Good burgers and wings! They have a full bar with some nice drinks options for adult milkshakes and similar cocktails. Fast service and friendly staff. The prices are very fair and there are good options on the kids menu. Located right by CWRU on Euclid, so be prepared to pay for parking in a surface lot or look for a spot on the side streets.

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

“One of my favorite hometown restaurants. The servers are friendly and remember us. They always hustle because it's usually pretty busy. The food is a good value and tasty. The breakfasts are great, especially Adam's Big Bite. The waffles and omelets are also delicious. The hearty meals at lunch come with a salad or soup, the entree, a side, and rolls. It's hard to beat their meals at those prices. Plus, the reward program gives you money off of the next visit. Food normally comes out pretty quickly, and I've rarely ever complained about my meal. The ribs are my favorite lunch meal. They have excellent cooks that hustle because they also do a heavy amount of carryout business.

My only wish is that they would update their restrooms, but they are clean and functional.“

“It's fast food so that why the three. We constantly are at this place. Flamethrower burger is good, so are the chicken tenders. We go thru drive thru. No matter how long the line is the line moves fast. No attitudes and customer service is up there with Chic a Fila.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. “I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good!
