“Like a lot of the recent reviews you expect fast food service now to be horrendous. We went at 7:30 at night. Oh my gosh, the service was amazing.
Guy working the drive-through was super polite really nice
And the two girls handing out the food were super fast. I am shocked at my experience.
I mean the food was even 10 out of 10

“I've never had any problems or issues with this Wendy's, regardless of who's staffed when I visit. I'm a drive-thru regular whom they've taken the time and made the effort to know my order and how I want it by my order itself and possibly even the sound of my voice. After three visits or so, they became familiar with me. After my order is complete, someone will say, "Is thus our guy"! or "Is this my man!" I always laugh, and say, "Yes!" We all know the order, and cost, and they simply say, "Second window please!" Payment, order, fist bump, and I'm gone. I feel very valued as a customer. Also, I visit only 2-3 times a week, but consider myself a regular.“

“I stopped at this McDonald's location because I was in a hurry and needed my meal fast. I haven't particularly liked McDonald's food for several years; it just seems to have gone down-hill. I was pleasantly surprised with my meal today - it reminded me of why I loved McDonald's as a kid. Everything was SO GOOD! The only thing I would change is the volume of the music - just too loud. Even the bathroom was clean. Well done, McDonald's on Vine!“

“We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! “Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. “Delicious food and a variety of dinners on Fridays. Great prices on food and drinks. Love their salads and potato pancakes. O’Cevapi is another favorite and the steaks are out of this world. Great pork dishes as well and never dry with plenty of flavor. Drinks are simple, but a great price.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“The restaurant was empty when I arrived but it was so loud because of the music and it wasn’t nice at all. The person who took my order was friendly enough and the food came up quick. The burger wasn’t as big as I expected it to be and the milkshake was small and I finished it by the time I got to the speedway nearby. They didn’t fill the bag with fries like I’ve seen at other restaurants but they really good. Everything was tasty but honestly Wendy’s burgers and fries are better.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “We went to this location for the first time. It was a warm day and they were extremely busy in drive through, as well as inside. We went in, there were a lot of people working, especially a lot of younger associates. It was clean inside. I was beyond impressed because they were moving everyone along very fast with low wait times and accurate orders. I told them that we have a tree nut allergy (DQ locations clean the equipment prior to making that particular ice cream treat). I felt bad that they had to do all of that extra work given how busy they were. I did not hear a single complaint from the associates fulfilling the ice cream orders. While we waited, the young man bagging ice cream orders continued to bag for others. Once our order was ready, he stopped to wash his hands before handling our portion of the order for the tree nut allergy. I was so appreciative and was more than impressed with seeing that. I will continue to drive a little further to go to this location. Thank you for the experience!“

“Five guys is very tasty, but way over priced. I ordered 2 orders, 1 had a little cheeseburger & little fries & milkshake, 20 bucks. The other order was 2 little cheeseburgers, 2 milkshakes, 1 little Fri, was 38 bucks so dinner due to 2 people in the hospital was 58.00. that is way too much money. It is a shame they are so expensive.“

“Over all the parking lot can get full, that is only because the food is outstanding and the service is fast. Warehouse Fish and Chicken has that DOWN South, OHIO Hospitality where one speaks with a friendly greeting and no rush attitude. I recommend them highly ......“

“I love how this Dairy Queen’s parking lot is easiest to get in and out of because of its size. The one closest to me is so small the line is on the street on busier days. I also thought it was very cute that they had coloring books and markers out for the kids inside. It made the long line bearable for my little one. Although they were busy they were still kind once we got to the front of the line and I appreciate that. We’ll have to come back for those $3.79 specials on Wednesdays!“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“I got the oreo ice cream cake. The made it perfectly. Had to adjust my son's name. Everything else was great! The color he chose was great. Didn't even know there were those options. This is why it pays to ask questions. It wasn't even extra for the little things.“
