The rice is always hard. I suggest they get a rice cooker. The store is always a mess. Chipotle has really gone downhill. Food quality is never consistent.

After waiting 45 minutes because there was only one person among many actually working there I discover they have no change in the register, the manager has no idea how to get in the safe AND there's no napkins, forks or Tabasco. What a joke.. seems to be the new standard for chipotle

Only good when it’s new for every location. Never have workers move super slow. management sucks. If there’s a long line wouldn’t it be smart for someone to jump in and help but they would rather have 1 person working the whole line. Always out of something. Chicken is burnt most nights. Chipotle just sucks because of their workers and management. The worker on the line had to yell for help that shouldn’t been a given. Just sad

I’ve been waiting in this chipotle lane for 25 minutes now unable to leave. The owner needs to get out of bed and get his franchise into gear because chipotles like this one are the reason everyone says chipotle used to be better.

When the cups say: Real bay leaves, real lemon and lime juices, and rea/ cilantro go into our white and brown rice, which we make from scratch every day by cooking each batch the way you probably do at home. Because fresh rice is real nice.

It really sucks getting undercooked old rice and then having to wait 25-30 minutes for them to cook more rice 🤔

I’m officially done with Chipotle.
This location has completely fallen off. It used to be my go-to spot, but the quality and service have gone straight downhill. I’ve given them way too many chances, hoping things would improve, but it just keeps getting worse. The food is sloppy, the service is careless, and it’s honestly not worth the money anymore. I’m done wasting my time and appetite here.

This chipotle sucks. Unfortunately I live 10 seconds from it so if I want chipotle I'm gonna go here. If you are going to go here do NOT order online. Go in to make sure they are putting the correct food on. Every single time I order there is at least one thing wrong with the bowl. Once I went in and they were out of both steak and rice. Another time they were out of all soft drinks as well as forks. FORKS. Today I ordered a bowl and it was missing my fajita veggies and salsa, and instead I had globs of sour cream and cheese added which I never get. My husband's side of salsa was not in the bag. Do not recommend this chipotle unless you go in and hopefully they have everything

I use to rave about this Chiptole!!! Last 2 times they were out of RICE and LETTUCE!!! and CHIPS!!! napkins cups silverware , pop station is closed or out of everything !!! kids working and have no idea what they are doing!! flipping each other off when someone says or tells them to do something!!! unbelievable your turning into the willoughby chiptole!!! I rather drive to Mayfield to get FOOD!!! DO BETTER!!!

Came into chipotle, asked if there was chips and salsa. Girl at front counter said yes there is. We wait in line watching for ppl who are ordering nobody has gotten chips we order our food ask for chips they said they are all sold out.. we waited 38 minutes to be lied to… will never be back to this location always an issue here service is terrible.

It has been a a few years since I tried Chipotle and I don't think I will ever go again. I ordered a chicken bowl and the amount of chicken in this bowl is truly pitiful. It felt like I got one small piece of chicken for every five bites of food. The kicker was I found a strand of hair in my food. This was after I went through the drivethru 3 times because my order was a half hour later than what I was told. If the food was good, I would have been happy to wait. This is just one person's experience, but definitely not worth the money. IMO just go elsewhere...

Your workers are slow as molasses, nobody know how to do anything there and has to ask someone to do something or everyone is missing. Your cooks are slow an have headphones on, items out at the food stations constantly. Get your place together an maybe reviews will be better. Or have an adult there watching over the children.

Disgusting line, food everywhere why wouldn’t you clean the line every so often who wants there food made on a dirty line??? Not me. Customer service was fair and the only reason this chipotle is worth 2 stars. No napkins, no forks the station where these items should be was disgusting as well. I’ve worked at chipotle before it’s not that hard to keep the restaurant clean. It was enough staff to have the restaurant clean.
