Service is horrible, multiple ppl behind counter but only one girl with a super long red braid was doing orders extremely slow,rude and just not listening and seemed generally annoyed by everyone and her co workers, which were not much better, tossing food on counter, not acknowledging even your presence..... just terrible service

very hit or miss sometimes the rice is undercooked and crunchy and the chicken is very chew but when it is made right it is my favorite chipotle, very much potential here though.

Every mobile order I have gotten from this location is NEVER right. You try to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe this time they'll actually pay attention to what the order says but nope. They choose to make your food however they want. I'm not a complainer hence why this review is just now being written but tonight I was fed up. 305 Chipotle yall need to do better. If you not in the mood to work that day, do all paying customers a favor and just call off. Signed a disappointed patron!

There is always something wrong with this location. No cash, no walking orders online only, or not being ready at open.. As of writing this they are 25 min past open and not ready yet. This location needs serious work. Do yourself a favor and go to the mentor locations they are 1000% better.

Place is not clean food spilled all over the counter where they make your food and always run out of something and portion very in size use to be good but not worth going anymore

The staff does not know the difference between pico de gallo and tomatillo salsa. When it was pointed out they were using the wrong salsa, the employee not only refused to correct the order, he also tried to gaslight us into believing the pico was the tomatillo.

Whenever I place online orders, they are wrong. I contact the customer service people every time and it doesn't make it better.

I've been inside this location a couple times and it's the nastiest place, especially for being newer. Everything is a mess. The chipotlane barely moves. Expect to wait 30 minutes if there is a line.

It never looks like anyone is working and if they are its a competition to see who can move the slowest. I'm sure there are some decent people working there, but I've yet to see them. Go to a different chipotle if you have a chance.

This is the worst Chipotle I have been to. We keeping thinking things have got to get better and it’s the opposite…it gets much worse. The Chipotlane is a joke as you will sit there for over an hour and your food still won’t be ready. Tonight I placed an online order to pick up inside. The girl bagging the orders asked my name and just walked away. I could see my order sitting on the counter. All she had to do was put it in a bag. She then came back around to the order shelf and picked up her ringing cell phone. She answered it and stood with her back to the customers waiting for her and chatted away bouncing around like a child. Once she hung up she walked away AGAIN to go talk to the other 2 kids working about her phone call. I finally told the only worker that looked at me that I was taking my food off the counter. I got home to find my chicken quesadilla was cheese only and the burrito bowl was missing 3 requested ingredients.
The seating area was filthy with garbage on multiple tables and all over the floor. What a disappointment of a place. There is never any type of supervision in this establishment. They clearly don’t care about customers, cleanliness, or anything that matters.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. None of the employees know what is going on at the drive thru and there’s no sense of urgency. Terrible customer service.
