Pizza was decent. Mac n cheese bites good. Pickle pizza was disappointing. Very disappointed in the "loaded Potato wedges". Whoever made put them on foil & didn't spray the foil first. All the cheese, bacon & wedges got stuck to the foil & got dry. Couldn't really eat because pieces of the foil was stuck to the cheese. ?

Horrible I order 2 sandwiches chicken tenders and 3 large fries only got two large fries I called up there the guy slammed the phone down then when the guy comes I gave him 80 dollars and mind you my order came to 62.80 he said I get 13 dollars back I said no he want to argue about it never again will I order from them again

Horrible. I called in an order. Talked to a Tyler-placed the order. 35 mins my husband goes to pick it up-they know nothing about my order. Incompetent. I then tried calling twice-immediately goes to hold. Waited 5 minutes on phone never was answered. Will NEVER try again! Then the written response to this is we would rather you not be a customer. I worked at a pizza shop. Its called thinking outside the box-grab a piece of paper n write down the order. Zero excuses on your end. Horrible response and customer service. This is the new generation we live in. No thanks!

Willowick location. Food gets 1 ¹/2 stars for being technically edible The wings...just no. Sandwhiches are a joke. The pizza is just a sopping mess with a swimming pool of grease at the center. Are they putting the sausage on raw or something?But that is not even why I am done with this place. The staff is just...Well they mess up orders a lot. And they'll argue they're right and you're wrong. They won't refund you. But they'll spend 10 minutes on the phone arguing, and for what? Self validation I geuss.Take out is too expensive in 2023 to deal this. Will not return.
