I faithfully get my morning & afternoon coffee from this specific dunkin, a month ago I would give a 5 star across the board.. Now, not so much. Mine & my husbands coffees are iced, we’ve been get granulated sugar, which okay easy fix BUT my husband came through the drive thru the other day & couldn’t order because the employees on shift were blasting music through the drive thru speaker. Then he proceeded to go inside & they were blasting music on their phones texting talking & the girl who helped my husband was obnoxiously on the phone with her boyfriend & told him to hold on then told my husband “sorry I have my boyfriend on the line & my other boyfriend on hold, how can I help you? Then proceeded to make the drinks wrong. I went thru yesterday & said my coffee & the man on the speaker repeatedly my coffee back to me & ended with “Jesus” implying something was wrong with how much of what I get. I am a regular customer the workers that have been there for awhile know me, as soon as I walk in they already know my order. & I’ve also worked at the Willoughby dunkin, I know how things are supposed to run. This location is not being ran correctly & the customer service is the worst, cussing & screaming while customers are in the location.. just an around mess & that’s sad because I love having a dunkin so close to my house but now I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I go to this Dunkin all the time since it’s one of the best. However lately in the afternoon, we get this young girl who doesn’t get the orders right, argues with you when you tell her it’s wrong and then proceeds to laugh with co workers. Today I asked nicely that she repeat the order… She had a few of our drinks wrong and I asked her if she can change it. She closed the window in my face in which I had to honk to get the attention of another employee. Another young lady (should’ve asked her name, she did wear glasses) was so sweet and managed to change what was wrong and handled it all so well. The other two young ladies proceeded to laugh in which I couldn’t understand what was so funny. Unfortunately customer service is not great here during the early afternoon hours.

Only issue is asking for light ice. I hate forgetting to ask for light ice on my $6.35 latte. Ugh Id like more than 5 sips. Smh. love this place, everyone is helpful and kind. Very clean and lobby. Good place to meet up. They have 3 tables. .

I ordered online for pickup. When the girl called my name, I mentioned that I ordered quite a bit of food and had only one bag. She said that all the food was there, and repeated herself as I went to check the bag. When in my car I decided to check anyways and my hashbrowns were missing. I went back in and they gave me the hashbrowns. When I got home I found out that I didn't see that a sandwich was missing. To that short girl with glasses that assured me all the food was in the bag, I'm not eating my sandwich because you couldn't do a simple job of making sure I had my food. You didn't even make it, that was someone else. All you had to do is make sure my order is filled. This isn't the first time. Done with this place for good
This is the slowest drive thru I have seen. It takes upwards of 20 to 25 minutes to get anything.

came to the drive thru yesterday morning and more half of the staff was coughing up a lung and sniffling. I woke up this morning with a sore throat and i can’t stop coughing. I saw someone literally COUGH ON SOMEONES BREAKFAST SANDWHICH WHILE THEY WERE MAKING IT. Honestly such a shame that they force those ppl to come to work sick:( the one girl said she’s been sick for 2 weeks and they would’ve fired her if she didn’t come in. extremely poor management. don’t come here unless you want to get deathly sick!!
