I went to this location after being completely unsatisfied with their customer service & atmosphere. I went through the drive thru and the employee was so patient and also very personable atmosphere!!!! If I could give a 10 I would!!! Great establishment and employees 👏 👌 👍

They messed up my order and I took a bite before realizing it so I went inside to tell them and they wanted to take the bread off and just replace it in the back instead of remaking it properly like what was they gonna do move the stuff I bit off of onto the correct bread? That’s not ok if you ask me. They have always let me keep the messed up food before but today the lady tried to come take it out my hand forcefully. They ended up giving me the bread I asked for and told me to swap everything over to it myself. It was really just the manager I love everyone else in that place.

Dunkin has gone way down hill. I would rate the donuts as zero if I could. First, there is never a variety of donuts. Second, the donuts are dried out or old. Today, we ordered the holiday munchkins, they were so old. We are no longer ordering from the Vine St Dunkin. Management needs to evaluate this location immediately and make major changes to the availability of donuts and the freshness of donuts. Right now, it's just a waste of money.

I came in after placing my mobile order at the wrong location and politely asked what I should do. The employee with black and purple hair and piercings responded with unnecessary attitude and zero willingness to help. Customer service should not feel like an inconvenience. Management, please address this!

I went through the drive-thru today at 7:14 AM and was met with the most rude cashier from the moment she spoke on the intercom. I was genuinely excited to try the new Cookie Butter Latte, and instead I was told I could “only get vanilla cold foam.”

When I asked if that’s what normally comes on the latte, I was hit with an attitude and told, “That’s all we got.” I then asked if there was any type of discount since what I was receiving wasn’t what was advertised. She smacked her lips and said, “Do you want it or not?”

When I pulled up to the window, there was no greeting, no professionalism, nothing. I had to ask for my receipt, which caused another eye roll before she shoved my latte at me. The cashier was a younger woman wearing a red shirt.

Customer service is key, and this experience was extremely disappointing — especially at a location so close to my home. I will not be returning to this particular Dunkin’.

I've been going to Dunkin several mornings a week since they opened. The morning staff is quick, friendly and efficient. I'm not sure if the recipe changed recently but the iced coffee has had a weird, bitter aftertaste lately. The cup shows sugar and cream was added, but I absolutely cannot taste it. If you order Mocha, Caramel or Pumpkin, the coffee should actually taste like this. I've had to pitch the last three large coffee's I purchased because there has been no sweetness or creaminess. Please go back to whatever you were doing before. I miss that coffee.

I frequently stop by this Dunkin in the mornings after dropping my son off to school, typically just to grab a quick coffee and maybe something small to eat.

About 90% of the time, a lovely woman named Ashley is working at the drive-thru window. She is always so sweet and bubbly and it helps brighten up my day!

I faithfully get my morning & afternoon coffee from this specific dunkin, a month ago I would give a 5 star across the board.. Now, not so much. Mine & my husbands coffees are iced, we’ve been get granulated sugar, which okay easy fix BUT my husband came through the drive thru the other day & couldn’t order because the employees on shift were blasting music through the drive thru speaker. Then he proceeded to go inside & they were blasting music on their phones texting talking & the girl who helped my husband was obnoxiously on the phone with her boyfriend & told him to hold on then told my husband “sorry I have my boyfriend on the line & my other boyfriend on hold, how can I help you? Then proceeded to make the drinks wrong. I went thru yesterday & said my coffee & the man on the speaker repeatedly my coffee back to me & ended with “Jesus” implying something was wrong with how much of what I get. I am a regular customer the workers that have been there for awhile know me, as soon as I walk in they already know my order. & I’ve also worked at the Willoughby dunkin, I know how things are supposed to run. This location is not being ran correctly & the customer service is the worst, cussing & screaming while customers are in the location.. just an around mess & that’s sad because I love having a dunkin so close to my house but now I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I go to this Dunkin all the time since it’s one of the best. However lately in the afternoon, we get this young girl who doesn’t get the orders right, argues with you when you tell her it’s wrong and then proceeds to laugh with co workers. Today I asked nicely that she repeat the order
 She had a few of our drinks wrong and I asked her if she can change it. She closed the window in my face in which I had to honk to get the attention of another employee. Another young lady (should’ve asked her name, she did wear glasses) was so sweet and managed to change what was wrong and handled it all so well. The other two young ladies proceeded to laugh in which I couldn’t understand what was so funny. Unfortunately customer service is not great here during the early afternoon hours.

If you’re ordering on the morning shift, you’ll enjoy your product. If you are ordering on the afternoon/evening shift, go to a different location, this one can’t make anything correctly after 12pm.
