I do not like going to this Giant Eagle! everytime i go theirs always issues! they would not take my refund of just a couple od things because it was a online/delivery order and the customer service desk told me they cant do my refund cuz they dont do those! another time i waited a while in the selfcheck line got up and was told i cant use it cuz i dont have a advantage card! I didnt see any signs about that

My friend was the victim of a hit and run, right across the street. They haven't done anything. My other friend let people stay at her house. They proceeded to steal everything that she owns and the Willowick Police say it's a civil matter
Need to step it up at the Delli way too slow all the time when you're in there Other than that great store

Thank you to the kind police officer who helped me unlock my car tonight at Giant Eagle gas station. The wind was howling and the rain was blowing in cold, freezing sheets but he was able to unlock my car and send me safely on my way. I forgot to get his badge. I want him to know I am so thankful for his help.

Managers r the worse here. No customer service from them. Got hung up on 4 being upset that they would not exchange the bad meat they sold me w/o a receipt even though it had their label/add.
