I stop in here once in a while, it's my main grocery store, but it is my pharmacy and bakery. The pharmacy workers are great, always quicker than I expect them to be, and they go the extra mile to help see if GoodRx is better than my insurance (it almost always is) and they are overall just friendly! The bakery always exceeds my expectation. I love their muffins and pastries and come here for Paczkis and other special things throughout the year. This past weekend I ordered a sheet cake for a family party, it was beautiful. We ordered the white cake with the strawberries inside, EVERYONE loved it. I've never seen a cake go over so well at an adult party! Shark was the worker who assisted me Sunday morning and shout out, because everything was perfect! I jumped right in line, almost no wait which was a miracle on a Sunday morning and because I was running late and holding a heavy cake! The woman who checked me out (sorry I lost the little survey slip in the party set up) was so friendly and commented on how beautiful the cake was and wished me a good time! I love that kind of friendly interaction. Speaking of friendly interaction, I didn't see Benny on Sunday, but any time I do, I head to his line, he is soooo friendly! He makes great bakery suggestions for me and is just always in a good mood despite the chaos around him in that place!

I do not like going to this Giant Eagle! everytime i go theirs always issues! they would not take my refund of just a couple od things because it was a online/delivery order and the customer service desk told me they cant do my refund cuz they dont do those! another time i waited a while in the selfcheck line got up and was told i cant use it cuz i dont have a advantage card! I didnt see any signs about that

We went here yesterday, bought two bottles of wine and needed help at the checkout, we used self checkout. The black woman working there was to busy talking and laughing with another employer, she totally ignored us. A lady working the service counter saw us standing there and came to help! If you're getting paid to do a job then for gods sake do it!

The one thing I don't like about this giant eagle location is that the employees are never willing to pick up the pace..The lines are always ridiculously long & self check out rarely gets tended to. Causing you to spend more time at checkout than shopping itself. A quick trip, always turns into so much more. However, I think their fresh fruit & veggie selections are better here than other local competitors. But honestly, we don't visit too often because of the check out process itself. I wish management would try to implement additional training or resources to keep the lines moving more efficiently. Possibly, even open additional registers to accommodate shoppers.

My friend was the victim of a hit and run, right across the street. They haven't done anything. My other friend let people stay at her house. They proceeded to steal everything that she owns and the Willowick Police say it's a civil matter

MindBlown at the birthday cake! They went above and beyond with the detail from the ribbons tied around the bottom of the balloons to layer enough the orange and brown on the cursive! The rainbow moist cake was so pretty and yummy too! Mostly I am mind blown at the customer service in the bakery and the detail in the cake! I'll def purchase from this location when I'm back on Ohio once every three weeks!
