There was no cashier and the guy that I believe was the manager was more worried about the drive-thru and the door dash order then helping the customers in the dining room. Several customers left after being there and not receiving any help. I will not be going back to the location on Lakeshore.

I seen the KFC honey BBQ wing ding commercial so I went to the on 260th & Euclid they where closed @7':30 so I went 2 the 1 further up lakeshore they didn't have them only had the suace & spicey wings they could of added on the side I wanted a lot & different kinds of pieces of chicken they only have nugget's & sandwiches I went thru the drive thru 3 times just 2 get a understanding BC the inside was closed bought a 6 piece but they wasn't honey BBQ they where plan spicey he end up saucing them 4 me which he could of did from the beginning bad SERVICE I will be contacting cooperate about this said they where private owners I will privately keep my money it want b a next Time

Always good service & food is always hot . I normally go to the drive thru but I have gone inside a few times. It’s usually clean inside besides the bathroom. That the only thing I can say negative about this place is that the restroom is kinda nasty which is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars overall.

8:30 I paid for my food a waited a half an hour as 2 other cars already ordered. They locked the door and said we had to wait a minute an were smoking in the kitchen. Won’t go back there again.

Went for them to replace my order the African American male manager was rude and he just tossed my order on the counter and walked away
Nice service, and I tried the new Mike's hot honey, and it was good. We ordered online, and the manager made sure to wait until we got there to finalize the order due to being out of a certain sauce. It was very much appreciated as we went before and the person just gave us plain. I try to call before now if I order online.
