Nice service, and I tried the new Mike's hot honey, and it was good. We ordered online, and the manager made sure to wait until we got there to finalize the order due to being out of a certain sauce. It was very much appreciated as we went before and the person just gave us plain. I try to call before now if I order online.

Ordered through Uber eats. Got my food , tenders were soggy as if they were taken out the grease too soon. Meat was rubber, slightly pink. Tried calling the store, I either got a busy line, or it rung and I got sent to voicemail. Worse kfc. Rude workers. Nasty food. As a fast food worker myself I would never play with ppl food like this. Thank goodness I checked the food because I almost gave it to my 1yr old.

This location has went down hill over the past 2 years
A majority of the times I've gone through the drive-thru, I'd sit at the speaker literally for 5-10 mins and either nobody would answer, or someone would mumble "just a sec" and never get back to me.
One time when this happened, I pulled around to order inside. What I saw upon entering was about a dozen separate customers all sitting down staring at the front counter. I asked one guy and he said they were ALL waiting on their orders.
Suffice to say, I'm never coming back here. If you want a better KFC experience, go to the 34400 Euclid Avenue location. It has issues as well, but nothing like this dumpster fire.
