On Tuesday Aug 19, 2025 around 11a, an African American female supervisor with dread locs styled to one side knotted at the bottom had a DISGUSTING attitude. Coworkers, students and myself came in and placed a large order spending $127 and change apologized for the large order but thanked the cashier in advance as we came for lunch before a field trip and not only did they forget multiple items (which we were understanding and nice about) but this particular lady had such an attitude because she had to service a large order. She forgot the sauce, a happy meal and 2 waters and when my coworker went to ask for it, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I advised my coworker I'll handle it and as i walked to the counter, she slammed not only the 2 waters but another customers order on the counter, smacked her lips and walked away. I advised her she had one of the worst attitudes I've seen in fast food and as a manager she should be ashamed. I typically don't write reviews but this lady needs training and SURELY shouldn't be in any management role if this is how she treats people. No one told you to apply for McDonalds so if you don't like your job, find a new one where u don't have to service people!!!

This McDonald's is the worst one ive ever been to. You put your order in, and they tell you to pull forward and wait, even with noone else in line behind you. Sometimes you wait 5 minutes, sometimes its 20 minutes or more. This is every time I go to this one. Today I waited 5 minutes, and didnt get the condiments I specifically asked her not to forget when she brings my order out to me. I was told the toaster is broke so they cant toast Mcmuffin sandwiches either. No other location is as bad as this one

I go here often just because it’s right across the street from me. The service isn’t really the best and if you need help from someone it takes a while for anyone to help you. The food is good but they often forget something. It’s annoying when you have somewhere to be and have to go back and remind them about it. Usually the store is clean and I enjoy being in there.

Not once, not twice, or even 3 times but every time I come thru this drive thru I am asked to pull around the car that is already pulled up waiting and then have to circle the lot again or try to back up. I only order for 1 person. Kind of ridiculous. They're just causing traffic issues and unnecessary headache. Just get on top of the game and handle business like the old days. It's a FAST food DRIVE-thru. Don't be angry at customers for not enabling you to slack in the drive thru.

The food is good, but the employees inability to give me all my food is astounding. They've forgotten around 20 nuggets from my family's orders in the past two months. It shouldn't be this hard to count nuggets.

Well, I mean the food is okay. It's only mid-range fast food so like 😭 Not much to say. But The service from what I remember wasn't too bad but not 5 stars worth. And the atmosphere is...it's okay 😭 Like, depending on what type of people are there...it can go pretty chill and smoothly with your friends or can go just plain out terrible. But that's every fast food so, not much I can say. Oh well

My husband ordered a 1/4 pounder deluxe -onions, I ordered 1/4 w/cheese. When we got home he had 1/4 with ketchup (his special order ticket was on the box). I received a double 1/4 pounder with just ketchup. When I called, the manager was rude and defended the workers saying we all make mistakes and if I want to return the food in two weeks, they will replace them. Do they seriously think I want two burgers sitting around my house for up to two weeks? I will drive the extra time to go to the willoughby location.

Hate to bring color in this and yes I’m black, The young black kids at the drive through always, always are rude and have no manners never say “hello, thank you, have a good day” the girl just told me my amount and slammed the door close today. They always have an attitude. The McDonalds in the surrounding areas of kids who aren’t colored they be so nice and well-mannered.

Gave me the wrong food at the drive thru. I came in and a pleasant young girl assisted me. However, the person who brought me my order was rude and slung my food on the counter and fries dropped out of my bag. Ignorant and ghetto. Don't have to worry about me eating there again.
