Doesn’t seem to have the same special offers as other locations or doesnt advertise them. Staff did not understand English well enough to answer why this is so. Overspent $6 had this been the special being advertised at all Mr Hero locations

Do not order doordash or ubereats from this location. If you do they will scam you like they did to me. All the extra fees and you think they would include the sauces that come with it but instead they'd rather loose a customer for life and recieve a poor review all just to save a few pennies.

Food quality has diminished. I noticed it some time ago, but thought I'd give it another try and was not impressed. This was a confirmation that this is no longer a location that I will be going anymore. Food quality has definitely changed for pricey meals that don't measure up.

Gave me a hotbuttered cheesesteak on black burnt hard bread, I wish I could give them a negative 5. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Willoughby this one sucks.

I've purchased Roman burgers throughout the years, i'm keenly aware of what they taste like. But this one barely had any of the dressing on it, which made the flavor of the sandwich basically unrecognizable to me. There was a small amount of the dressing at both ends, and virtually nothing in the middle. It's that dressing that gives the sandwich it's great flavor, and I don't know if it was out of laziness from the cook, or they were low on the dressing, but it's enough to make me visit a different location from now on.
