Normally I would give Papa Joes all high marks and highly recommend it. Today was different I waited over 25 minutes for an easy order as people who came in after me got their food! Now I understand they were busy but don’t you think if you see someone sitting there after ten minutes you’d ask them about their order? And when I went to ask it’s like oh we’re waiting on your chicken. Ten minutes later I’m standing at the counter and it’s like oh your ticket somehow got knocked to the floor. I’m very angry. Yes I got an apology but making it sound like I didn’t understand and it was “just” a mistake. Well if it was your mistake how about offering something like a drink or extra fries or being genuine with an apology?! So much for customer service.

I don’t live, but rather work in the area, and I wish I knew of this restaurant sooner! Went in for a sub, but was veered to the pasta special of the day. Everyone was courteous and the food was great! Also good portion for the cost.

No stars for this place. July 28, 2025 2:00pm. The cheese steak meat was spoiled smelled rotton. If I would of taken just one bite I would be at the ER for food poisoning. The super burger isn't super anymore. One would need a magnifying 🔍 glass to see it. Utter disappointment. 🤢 🚑 🤮 Video on my facebook page.

Meatball sub. What happened!! Been going to papa Joe's for 30yrs. There food is great but there shrinking things. My sub was mostly bread. There Meatballs used to be alot bigger. Since Joe passed away it is definitely different. Next generation doesn't really care

Phone number doesn’t work and they’re barely open. Food quality has plummeted. Save your time, money and frustration, and get a better sub somewhere else.
I've loved these Italian subs since childhood. I was sad to see only 1 location left. I make the hour drive a couple times a month for the subs & I would love to franchise a Papa Joe's to help keep it alive.

We accidentally left two nintendo switches on the bench and hours went by before I realized. The staff noticed and kept them behind the counter for us to return. I couldn't be more thankful and the food was just as good. Thanks again

Worst service! Spent just under $100, they forgot something, I called, they literally argued with me and spoke in a way that I will NEVER return! We’ve been eating here for 20 years, NEVER AGAIN!

You come here for delicious one-of-a-kind subs not the atmosphere as it's just a take out kind of place. The food is delicious and they have lots of your favorite comfort foods to choose from. Their stuffed mushrooms are popular and so is their Italian sub with pepper relish. Prices are reasonable for this type of food.

Place is closed at 7:30, even though their sign & Google say 8. I drove out of my way to get this for dinner tonight.. I've also tried coming here at other times & days always closed everytime I try to eat here, this place irritates the living daylights out of me at this point. Even though we used to eat it when I was ypumger back when it was in Euclid.
