3 cars infront of me, 20 minute wait. Got my drink and again its 1/5th empty. I know you train your staff to do this so I will be coming in store and confronting your staff EVERYTIME they do this. NEVER TIP STARBUCKS

I typically go to the one in Willoughby. In pine ridge estates. But I will say over the last couple of years unfortunately their service provides good but the quality of the coffee has just degraded. I've complained about it multiple times but eventually it rang on numb ears. Now I found a new location which I don't mind taking the extra minutes because the quality is still there. Hopefully pine ridge estates will hear my calls and improve on the quality of the coffee I do love the location but the coffee just tastes like bitter dirt water every time I go there. Unfortunately even with remakes it's either something in the water

Everytime I go thru the drive thru here it’s a 30 minute process whether there’s no other cars in line or not!! Get it together

I don't normally give out reviews, but I have to let whoever is in charge of this establishment know that Allie is exceptional. She was very patient with me and helped me navigate what I may or may not like. I'm a simple latte kind of gal but her suggestion of the brown sugar shaken espresso with cinnamon dolce cold foam... hands down amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and her ability to provide amazing customer service is an asset. This location has made a complete turn around from a year ago. The new manager should be recognized for what they have done.

I went to get coffee at 4 45 am on tuesday and krista who was my barista had made sure she got my order right which is greatly appreciated. Im not a morning oersin, and i had been called in last second to work and when i got my coffee and treat, my whole heart was happy cause it made my day. Thank you

mobile ordered two items, one trenta strawberry acai and a sausage cheddar. waited 10 minutes to pick up my items, only the sausage cheddar was made. nobody was even starting my drink. it’s not their problem but i had to be at an appointment and couldn’t afford to wait 20 minutes for a drink that takes 1min to make…. wait times at this store have gotten worse and worse recently when you’re not in drive thru. they don’t care about you unless you’re a drive thru customer.

Got cold brew with oat milk. Was handed a cup of mostly milk that I'm almost positive was cow milk.. waited a while and did not want to wait again or risk getting the wrong drink again.

Order Double smoke bacon cheddar sandwich. Can with no bacon. Now all I have is a cheese sandwich because I take the egg off. It never fails every time I say keep the change my order is messed up. Plus the lady that took my order was very nice. Bummer

I pretty much come here every day to spend my $6 for a coffee today I had to jump on my computer which that’s what the cafe is for, I was told I need to buy something to sit in the store. This is like crazy because I literally come here EVERY SINGLE DAY and spend money. I’m considering reducing my spending my hard earned money coin here at this location and tips might just not exist anymore.

the employees at this location can't add vanilla to my cappuccino ever. 0/3 and I payed for the additional charge to make it a vanilla cappuccino all three times. frustrating.

Whoever made the sandwiches morning of Oct 5th. They were terrible. Sandwiches are poorly made. Turkey pesto had pesto dripping from one side and not even a smear in the other. Turkey was piled up in one spot. Bacon gouda was worse. Tiny quarter size piece of bacon in middle and a few crumbs. Did not see or taste any gouda at all. We paid with tip 17.00 for a coffee and 2 of the worst sandwiches ever.
