I pretty much come here every day to spend my $6 for a coffee today I had to jump on my computer which that’s what the cafe is for, I was told I need to buy something to sit in the store. This is like crazy because I literally come here EVERY SINGLE DAY and spend money. I’m considering reducing my spending my hard earned money coin here at this location and tips might just not exist anymore.

the employees at this location can't add vanilla to my cappuccino ever. 0/3 and I payed for the additional charge to make it a vanilla cappuccino all three times. frustrating.

Whoever made the sandwiches morning of Oct 5th. They were terrible. Sandwiches are poorly made. Turkey pesto had pesto dripping from one side and not even a smear in the other. Turkey was piled up in one spot. Bacon gouda was worse. Tiny quarter size piece of bacon in middle and a few crumbs. Did not see or taste any gouda at all. We paid with tip 17.00 for a coffee and 2 of the worst sandwiches ever.

Ordered a venti coffee, expected a venti coffee.. got a grande coffee in a venti cup. You really couldn't fill it all the way to the top?

I got called an old lady at this location and then they threatened to call the police on me and ruin my Doordash business. I also had to wait 45 minutes and then they didn't put everything the customer ordered in the bag and handed it to me. Excepting me to be a an old lady and not question the order. They tore open the bag and then tried to stuff the missed items back in the same bag. When I asked for a new bag employee said I was bothering him.

This Starbucks has definitely had a glow up! I went in and spoke to the manager working Missy to tell her what a wonderful job she is doing and how my experience today just made my day!! I will definitely be a returning customer! And Missy should definitely be recognized for the outstanding job she is doing!! 100/10

Hamilton (male) and Micah (female) were extremely rude and unprofessional during my experience. Both rolled their eyes, gave snarky responses, and rushed guest out of the establishment before closing time. I would highly recommend customer service training immediately. I would not recommend this location to anyone who is looking to be treated respectfully!
This is hand down my favorite Starbucks. This is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that has the customer service professionalism equivalence of Chick-fil-A. My drink is always made perfect and they are always so sweet and happy to explain.

I walked in to pick up my Mobile order and was not greeted and the person behind me walked in they were greeted by name at that! And the male Dominic automatically assumed I was a dasher picking up an order, instead of helping me with actual customer service. This location lacks customer service so bad it radiates as pure Ignorance with a sprinkle of racism. Definitely will no be returning. Mind you supervisor was on duty when I asked and she seen nothing wrong with this ordeal.

I get tired of asking where's the customer service. My daughters asked 3 seperate people to let her in the bathroom, they all ignored her. It wasn't until I asked did they give her the code. Meanwhile the cashier is Super RUDE like someone pissed in her Cheerios this morning!!! I know it wasn't ME so why did I have to repeat my order 5 times for it still to be wrong! There are 2 other customers in here other than me and my children. There's no excuse for the negligence
