Went here with my family to take advantage of some coupons we received in the mail & the manager their was horrible did not help the new workers or anything we were over charged extremely with no upper management to help . I see why all these jobs our NOW HIRING the management is horrendous .

I had a lengthy review planned from my experience on 9/29 around 11am but I figured why bother. It's basically the same as the other numerous negative reviews on here, and obviously ownership doesn't care enough to make any changes. I just won't go back. But hopefully others will read through these and save themselves the aggravation.

Every single worker here has a horrible attitude, unclean, and never have I once had my sandwhich cooked right. Today I went in and not only me but the lady in front of me walked out without her food. I asked the worker to wash the knife before he used it to press my sandwich down and he dipped it in water, pulled it out still with sauce i did not order on it, and put it on my bread.

Worst subway I have been to. Little kids working are rude and disrespectful kids ha.ging out in the lobby starting fights with customers. The owner didn't seem to care when I called him.

Customer service SUCKS!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! TIME IS 12 NOON 6/20/24 THE female may even be the manager, she is rude, rushes you too order. Has absolutely no eye contact, I will never return to this store again!!! Not good for the subway brand!!

I would like to say that if people would focus more on the the good things than bad maybe restaurants wouldn’t be stressed out and short staffed. I love this
I come here during my lunch, the staff that served me was very rude and hasty, I asked to speak to a manager and the manager showed signs of frustration with me! The customer!! And my friend that comes here always talks about how he's so friendly and patient smh. Not this day! I was very disappointed a will never ever be spending my money here again. My experience was horrible, 0/10

I think it is a very poor business practice to accept the business drawn in by the coupons that the corporation puts out and then not honor those coupons, stating "we're independently owned" needless to say they lost my business.
