Just went thru and ordered a spicy chicken with cheese and mayo only. Girl confirmed only cheese and mayo. Got home its got lettuce as well and Chicken is the worst piece ever. Also ordered the JBC special and only got one sandwich in the bag. Corrected that before I pulled away. Doesn't any fast food places or workers care anymore about doing it right???

They should just close this location half the time tell you they can’t take your order because they’re understaffed and only doing mobile orders or they’ll tell you it’s cash only because the computers are down then Your order is 95% wrong

Placed a mobile order for drive thru, pulled up to speaker and they told me I had to come in to get it. 😡 There no parking on drive thru side of building and signs posted that I can't make a left turn. So I had to pull out, turn around and come back. They couldn't tell me why I couldn't pickup in drive thru and order wasn't ready

Just move into the area I love my Wendy's I got home with my Wendy's and my number one combination my French fries we're not cooked all the way my number one was just a plain burger with cheese and dried yes they were very busy I will give them that but come on how do you freaking totally mess up one person's single order there were so many people working there when I looked in the window I'm in the restaurant business and I run the damn front by myself and get things right

Set in the Drive-Thru 10 minutes and it didn't move
I come from Columbus, the home of the Wendy's chain. They would be appalled at the service. If you order at the drive-thru, they treat it as such a bother to them. Then, it takes way too long to get you food. Finally, it's not good enough, either cold, sloppy, wrong, or somewhere in-between. Corporate should shut this place down or just fire everyone for not caring and restaff. Truly the worst Wendy's I've experienced, and I've seen gas station Wendy's that have better service on the turnpike.
