All I ordered was a four piece spicy chicken and a baked potato when I got back to work the baked potato was hard not even cooked and the spicy chicken nuggets were dried up when I brought back the baked potato for my refund he made a big deal about giving me exactly $2.99 should of gave me three bucks and let me go back to work and not even a apology

The lady taken my drive threw order didn't listen as I gave her my order an told me to pull up when I wasn't even done with my order an of course they got our food wrong an food tasted horrible

This Wendy’s is the worst one I have ever been to. waited in line for almost 20 minutes to place our order and another 10 to get our food and there were 3 cars in the drive through. Maybe if half the staff was not standing out side smoking weed directly in front of the front door thy would be able to serve customers more efficiently. If I was the owner of this location I would be furious! I don’t care if you want to smoke weed till your so high you float away but customers don’t need to see or smell it and ask associated to move away some the front door while they have a joint break! Use some common sense!

First off I was absolute starving to wait this long 45mins, get home and my sandwich was horrible seen old couldn't even finish it . The young man in the drive thru might want to look for another job he hates it there and the service shows

Placed an online order through the Wendy’s app the employees decided they would stand outside smoking marijuana in a group and close early at 11:20pm without reason on October 30th, 2024 even though there were several people in the building standing around and shoving their faces full. They refused to state they weren’t taking orders even though they are open till 1am! And those inside laughed and ignored us when we knocked on the window to see what was going on. Need new employees yours are lazy and on drugs.

The workers in this establishment, handle the food with their bare hands. Not wearing gloves while preparing food, is disgusting. The board of health needs to shut this location down!
