They are continually "out" of items. The last 4 times we,'ve been there, they were either out of something or a machine was broke. Arby's Wilmington has surpassed KFC Wilmington as the most mismanaged restaurant in town.
maybe don't smash my sandwhich flat?!
Too many times this restaurant has been a let down. Got really bad this year in March, went through the drive thru, never got to place our order, lights were turned off while we sat there at the speaker 20 minutes prior to closing. Called customer care, they apologized, asked for our address and said they were sending us gift cards to feed my family of 5. Never saw the cards! No big deal, people make mistakes and I didn't complain so I could get free food, just wanted them to...read full review
