On March 28,2025, I came in with my 91 year old grandmother and we were made to wait over an hour for our food. We watched people come in after us, and get there order before us. This is not the service expected from a restaurant declaring home style cooking because from now on I'm going to cook at home. We'll get faster service!

Crammed in the corner with a wobbly ass table Food dumped on one of us by a server & all she did was blame another server then finally apologized - It's not my fault I didn't load my tray! - server said Then eventually the manager comes over & says Besides the oops is everything else OK?- you're kidding me right?! No offer to comp the meal that was just spilled all over my boyfriend who is also a Veteran.. It was a 35 min wait for drinks & silverware once we were seated. My son's bananas were brown & the blueberries were wrinkled The water tasted weird.. gross weird.. idk. The server was rude when my boyfriend asked for veterans discount "oh they'll take care of it up there" walked away No thank you for your service til she came back & was like oops haha how rude uhm thanks for your service. If it weren't for being with my elderly in-laws we would've made a scene but y'all got lucky. This place is trash & I would never recommend this "establishment" to anyone. Which is a shame... we used to love it here.. things have obviously changed & not for the better.

On 2/3/25 at about 2:15 they only had one server who smelled like whiskey and couldn't even walk straight and couldn't get the orders right either.

BE is starting to slip on food quality. I believe many restaurants are going this way to widen profit margins, however, if BE sees a dip in sales, it's due to the increased costs and the dip in food quality.
