Ordered thanksgiving meal from wilmington, oh restaurant. Food was ready at pickup. The food was warm and the waitress was very friendly. The food was warm when it got to the house and everything was delicious. Everything was very well packaged.

Came in after the reopen and service was terrible. They first just had people standing in the entey way so the servers could catch up. Then, after we were seated. We waited 45 minutes and had only received water. People had also started to get their food before us so we went to ask our server and all she would say is sorry and that she would go ahead and just cancel our order. Which means they hadn't even started cooking our food. Terrible! Will never go back to Wilmingtons Bob Evans.

its been a while! since wanted to give this Bob Evans 4 stars, Valerie did an awesome job, there wasnt an empty seat, and she was helping co workers too.. the only complaint was how the hostess and another waitress treated Jason, the only Busser. I saw. managers helping with food and service, no one was helping jason and when the other two started helping they gave the attitude they wasn't assisting to be helpful

OH EM G!!!! the garlic lemon chicken and tri tips, were amaaaazing!! Everything went hand in hand. And the pumpkin pie at the end. Delish

Restaurant was understaffed, but waitress did a good job taking care of us. Food took a very long time to arrive due to kitchen being understaffed, but food was good.
Chicken was dry and Luke warm, one waitress on staff who was also training a newbie. Took 45 min for us to get chicken strip appetizer and lemon garlic beef tip meal. Both came out at same time.

On March 28,2025, I came in with my 91 year old grandmother and we were made to wait over an hour for our food. We watched people come in after us, and get there order before us. This is not the service expected from a restaurant declaring home style cooking because from now on I'm going to cook at home. We'll get faster service!
