This Bob Evans is generally good but tonite they had 1 waitress and no burgers.. crazy. I’d say it’s a management issue.

its been a while! since wanted to give this Bob Evans 4 stars, Valerie did an awesome job, there wasnt an empty seat, and she was helping co workers too.. the only complaint was how the hostess and another waitress treated Jason, the only Busser. I saw. managers helping with food and service, no one was helping jason and when the other two started helping they gave the attitude they wasn't assisting to be helpful

OH EM G!!!! the garlic lemon chicken and tri tips, were amaaaazing!! Everything went hand in hand. And the pumpkin pie at the end. Delish

Chicken was dry and Luke warm, one waitress on staff who was also training a newbie. Took 45 min for us to get chicken strip appetizer and lemon garlic beef tip meal. Both came out at same time.

It has been a few years since I ate at Bob Evan’s. I found many items no longer on the menu.
On March 28,2025, I came in with my 91 year old grandmother and we were made to wait over an hour for our food. We watched people come in after us, and get there order before us. This is not the service expected from a restaurant declaring home style cooking because from now on I'm going to cook at home. We'll get faster service!

Crammed in the corner with a wobbly ass table Food dumped on one of us by a server & all she did was blame another server then finally apologized - It's not my fault I didn't load my tray! - server said Then eventually the manager comes over & says Besides the oops is everything else OK?- you're kidding me right?! No offer to comp the meal that was just spilled all over my boyfriend who is also a Veteran.. It was a 35 min wait for drinks & silverware once we were seated. My son's bananas were brown & the blueberries were wrinkled The water tasted weird.. gross weird.. idk. The server was rude when my boyfriend asked for veterans discount "oh they'll take care of it up there" walked away No thank you for your service til she came back & was like oops haha how rude uhm thanks for your service. If it weren't for being with my elderly in-laws we would've made a scene but y'all got lucky. This place is trash & I would never recommend this "establishment" to anyone. Which is a shame... we used to love it here.. things have obviously changed & not for the better.
