Short pours on already watered down beer. Ordered a flight that wouldn't have filled a pint glass. Kitchen closed at 7:30 on a Saturday night due to lack of staff. Server / bartender was kind.

Went here tonight (Wednesday) but it has a for sale sign outside. Looks like it's closed.

Great family joint in a small town, felt super welcome for being from out of town. Delicious food. Kind service.

Great, laid-back family owned brewery/restaurant with chills vibes! TVs for sports, ample room so you never feel crowded. Various beers to choose from and delicious food! Enjoyed the German Chocolate cheesecake with the Belgian chocolate raspberry beer!

We're from out of town, visiting local Cowan Lake and decided to try some local flavors. For the record, we are not "fancy people".

This is a pretty typical gastro pub type atmosphere, nothing terrible or noteworthy. The food was just ok, nothing unique or exceptional. The prices though!! Definitely way overpriced for what it is.

Each side is over $4 and comes in a little 4oz container. The "homemade applesauce" is way overly sweet and not cooked enough. My husband got an old-fashioned that came in a high ball glass.. half full.. for over $8. We got 2 burgers and fries and requested one of them rare. Said they could do that, absolutely. Said burgers were dry and beyond well-done.

I don't know who they're trying to attract with these prices because the quality of food we got does not reflect the closer to $50 tab.. and that's only 2 adults, 1 child, 1 alcoholic drink, and waters.

Beer was awesome. The food was great (fish and chips, pierogie kielbasa, sauerkraut balls, shrimpetizer). Service was awesome. Only thing missing were stickers - we collect stickers from all of the breweries we visit.

My husband and I were going up a movie in Wilmington but they have a very small list of dine in. Brausch was our last shot. He got the chicken wrap. It was huge and he loved it. I got the shredded chicken on a pretzel bun. OMGSH! It was sooo.We good hot and the sauce they put on it is to die for. I removed the lettuce tomato and pickle. The home made fries that came with it is enough for 2 people. I don't usually like fresh cut French fries, but these were not a CRISPY but not too crispy. We will definitely be back. Service was very friendly. You actually go in to the bar place your order and pay leaving a tab open. I'm glad they did. Hubby got orange cream cheese cake. It took was to die for. Light fluffy and delisous.

Parking: It's a typical restaurant parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: We had no children but both tables beside zus did aI believe they had high chairs. The have a kids menu.

Probably some of the worst beer I’ve ever had. They need to have a brewer come in to help teach otherwise I can’t imagine they’ll be open very long.

Wilmington's Hidden Gem!Brausch started selling food about a year ago and perfected some German inspired foods. The cheese curds with spicy dipping sauce are a must, but their Sauerkraut balls, are perfectly round and browned, sided with a horseradish mayo they are wicked good coming from someone who doesn't like sauerkraut.Had a smash burger with a very pleasing white beer cheese, and and a spicy peanut butter and jelly burger. Both came out exactly as ordered including three dipping sauce side. They make their own beers it is a brewery after all. Sampled several, and each one had an nice aroma and pleasant to drink.I do wish they had a fireplace with some seating around it.We will 100% be back to support this local business. Food and drink this good absolutely.
