Wilmington, Ohio - I came in for dinner just now and the hostess briskly ask me how many. I told her one. She didn't say follow me or right this way. She simply grabbed a menu and set the menu down at the 1st table she saw. I asked her if I could sit farther back in the restaurant. She said no that she seats according to a rotation. So I said... ok I'll go somewhere else. And she said ok and let a paying customer walk out the door. There were tons of open tables. UNBELIEVABLE. So much for customer service.

My wife ordered a bacon, lettuce, and tomato with cheese. The menu stated this came with aioli. It came out with something that resembled half a tomato slice, no aioli, a burnt crust, and something that a two-year-old could have probably put together better than this. The wait staff was pleasant, even though they forgot our straws and a pen to sign the check. My cheeseburger was okay, thankfully.

So the server acted like they were out of boneless wings and then they did. It took them over an hour for our food. We got the unlimited appetizers. Brought the first 2 and never brought anymore after I asked ! Took them an hour and a half to get my grandma a dish of icecream..the food came out cold. The woman said I was going to get B1 G1 free wings. She told me to order 10 and I would get 10 to take home. They ran out of boneless wings and I never did get my 10. She did take the icecream and the appetizer off the bill. This was a very disappointing experience. The other people in my group of 11 were not happy either. The ONLY reason I left a 25$ tip was because the bill was over $100 and I did not think it was entirely the servers fault of everything that occured and or went wrong

Ordered the bottomless apps and the server just couldn’t seem to get our orders right. Ever!!!! Was just adding things we didn’t ask for and never brought what was ordered. The restaurant wasn’t even close to being busy. Do better Jessie.

Had lunch with friends at this location. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
3 of us went in for the all you can eat wings. I are 28 and could have eaten 6 more but the other 2 were ready to go, so after paying $80 plus we left. Went home and took a nap!

Had teens in the table behind us get up throw there chairs on two of us while they ran around. Another table had a dog laying on it. Took 54 minutes to get our food after ordering it. 3 out of 4 orders were cold. Waitress was great.

Went on Tuesday, it's now Thursday and I am still suffering from the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced. One of my party members also reported food poisoning. Normally this place is great and the service was also great, but please cook your chicken properly?
