We ordered the pick 4 sampler and buffalo dip.buffalo dip and chips was amazing beer always good.but when our main course come out we found a hair in our dipping sauce . Ok, willing to throw that sauce away and eat our meal we found more hair in Our food. Very disappointing. We asked to speak to a manager but decided never mind we paid our bill but none of us will be eating hear ever again. 1 hair ok we understand accidents happen. But hairs in our food and multiple dipping sauces. Almost felt like it was intentional.

1-4-2025 Went inside to have dinner, myself and my 2 kids, got sat pretty quickly at the first booth by the door, but we waited there 15 minutes with no one coming to help us even for drinks. Several big parties were sat and served after us. I finally asked a server if she knew who ours was and she said she had no clue. Even though she had the table right beside us. She said she would find out and walked away.
A few minutes later, several servers passing us and no one came back to tell us anything. So I packed up my kids and we left and went to another restaurant. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to dinner.
Unfortunately we won’t be back anymore.

Just skip this location and go to the Roosters down the street. Our order of 2 kids meals and an appetizer sampler came out cold with the fried pickles raw. Asked for it to be remade. Second time it was still not cooked fully. Asked to talk to the manager and she had an attitude asking what I expected her to do. We walked out and only paid for drinks.

Wilmington, Ohio - I came in for dinner just now and the hostess briskly ask me how many. I told her one. She didn't say follow me or right this way. She simply grabbed a menu and set the menu down at the 1st table she saw. I asked her if I could sit farther back in the restaurant. She said no that she seats according to a rotation. So I said... ok I'll go somewhere else. And she said ok and let a paying customer walk out the door. There were tons of open tables. UNBELIEVABLE. So much for customer service.

My wife ordered a bacon, lettuce, and tomato with cheese. The menu stated this came with aioli. It came out with something that resembled half a tomato slice, no aioli, a burnt crust, and something that a two-year-old could have probably put together better than this. The wait staff was pleasant, even though they forgot our straws and a pen to sign the check. My cheeseburger was okay, thankfully.
So the server acted like they were out of boneless wings and then they did. It took them over an hour for our food. We got the unlimited appetizers. Brought the first 2 and never brought anymore after I asked ! Took them an hour and a half to get my grandma a dish of icecream..the food came out cold. The woman said I was going to get B1 G1 free wings. She told me to order 10 and I would get 10 to take home. They ran out of boneless wings and I never did get my 10. She did take the icecream and the appetizer off the bill. This was a very disappointing experience. The other people in my group of 11 were not happy either. The ONLY reason I left a 25$ tip was because the bill was over $100 and I did not think it was entirely the servers fault of everything that occured and or went wrong

Had lunch with friends at this location. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
