I got the cheese burger and fries with a chocolate milk. The burger is dry and burnt, the fries are hard and there is no salt on them whatsoever and they are cold. The only reason it’s not one star is because the chocolate milk is good.

Wings absolutely suck gonna be honesty I don't usually leave shit reviews but when I have to tear skin off a wing with some force shows that you guys need to rethink something i rather have to wait for my order than to get something like I got after spending 40+$! For two thing of wings Ridiculous wish I could alarm someone of the scam that is going on here pathetic would much rather wait for the right things or order donotos wings which is saying something considering that ur company is based on them wake up and put some discipline in that kitchen

So to start, I'm not one to blast a company. But we went me and my family that is to bdubs to eat. Walking in there busy understandable it's Saturday but we get seats quickly. Then spend 20 mins waiting for drinks. "Just to order them."we get them ordered and wait another 10 mins to get the drinks. At this point, I'm already thinking we should just leave, but she takes our order as she's dropping drinks. So we go ahead and order. Then we wait for food as busy as they are. I don't pay no mind to time on food. What I do pay attention to is the fact mine and my wife's drinks. Which is just soda so no need to go to bar, are empty long before we get our food. What's worse is my sons cup has shit stuck to inside and floating in drink. Are waitress checked on us one time during this whole thing and said she was bringing us refills. Those never came, so we get are food and I ordered tatertots. So I get them there's 20 of them I ask about that and they say it's by weight which is 7 1/2 ounces ok. We're done eating three of us haven't had a drink in better part of half hr. Lady is doing whatever chatting with this one table for 15 mins just for drink order. I finally go ask her for the check, which she brings. I ask to speak to a manager, and her responses are sorry we're busy, 7 1/2 ounces for tatertots, just for reference that order of tatertots cost 5 dollars before taxes, so that's .25 a tot crazy right. You can buy a whole bag at walmart for 5 dollars, but im paying for their bag with the first order she did say she would be happy to get us some to go cups. then she offers 20 percent off. In a manner like I'm only complaining cause I don't want to pay my bill. Not the case at all, so I just said no, thank you, pay my bill, and leave. I'm writing this to put this place on blast as me and my family eat there regularly. But the fact that u have left me feeling as if I'm just a mooch. really shows where this establishment is as a location. Just for reference me and my family are in the middle of the floor. Not tucked in a corner, they had one big party, which our waitress was not part of, and she looked like she was taking care of 5 maybe 6 tables this occurred on 2/22/25

Restaurant was clean and we were promptly greeted. However I was only given half my carryout order and didn't realize until I got home 20 minutes away. I called in and the girl who answered said "yeah I saw it was still here in the warmer but it said picked up." When I got there to get it, the bag they handed me was still missing an item. Sooo I drove 20 minutes there and another 20 back home again but by that time everything was cold and soggy. I was so bummed since we never order out, but I guess part of it was my fault for not checking everything before I left.
WORST SERVICE EVER DIDNT MAKE OUR ORDER RIGHT TALKED TO MANAGERS AND STILL DIDNT MAKE IT RIGHT! PEOPLE CAME IN AFTER US AND GOT ALL THEIR FOOD BEFORE US!! SO UNSATISFIED ITS TERRIBLE HERE DONT GO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Some of the “boneless wings had no chicken but fried batter in it. I thought it was boneless not chicken less. And the fries were so cold and stale I thought I broke one of my tooth… when will u guys make sure it’s majority chicken and not just batter. It’s run by a bunch of young people that shows the expertise. Overall bdubs has terrible boneless wings half of my wigs was fried batter. Thank u guys my grandma could’ve made better wings at home. Good luck keep over frying and make the wings look big without decent amount of chicken in it. Worst boneless wings I’ve ever had!

I'm quite upset with the service. One that really got to me was the server putting hot food in front of my 10 month old. There was plenty of room on the table to put the food away from my child. Two got the house sampler for an appetizer which was good but never got any plates for it. Even asked for plates and never got any. Waited 10 mins and had to ask the guy upfront for some plates. We didnt get the right food we ordered or refills on our drinks. So far bad experience. Server was Zoey. Trying to give this place another chance from the last bad experience I had over a year ago. Really should of went to roosters.

The past two or three times I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings, the service has not been the best. It’s been slow, and just not very genuine. It’s taken at least 10-15 minutes to even be greeted; getting our drink order, our entree’s put in, receiving said entree’s, paying, & leaving, has turned into an hour 1/2 to two hour process. Half the time the waiter doesn’t even seem apologetic, or like they’re genuinely trying to create a great experience for us. I don’t need a red carpet rolled out, but I’d at least like our food and drinks in a timely manner. I understand off days but it’s just seemed like the past few times it’s been on the slower side. I will say, though, Lexi(y) was our server this last time and she was wonderful. Very sweet girl. Checked on us, made sure we had everything. 5 stars for Lexi(y) ?
