I would not go to this location after lunch hour. I went to this location and used my points to get a whopper. The cook who made my whopper put over 10 pickles on it, put a whole bottle of ketchup, as well as other condiments the same way. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. Brittany was not helpful at all. I was polite and just explained the situation and she did not apologize or even offer to replace my burger at all. Needless to say I threw it away as I could not eat it because it was so acidic from the ketchup. Worst fast food hands down at night to eat at!!

I come here every Thursday after work during their slow hours. The past four times my very simple orders were wrong. Very simple things which are noted on the receipt. I just don't get how it is so difficult to read something that's right in front of you and consistently get it wrong over and over and over. So I get charged an extra few dollars for main ingredients I did not receive such as meat! It's frustrating. Once or twice is an accident but this is consistent....

I love BK, but todays experience was not it. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 large waters (paid for), a triple cheeseburger, a mocha iced coffee, and a hot coffee. We were asked to pull around front to receive our drive thru order with no one behind us, for what I can only assume was to keep their average drive thru time down. We ended up spending 15+ minutes here and still left with the wrong order. They forgot the waters and a patty on the burger. I told the worker we were missing a patty and had ordered a triple, and she took the sandwich back inside before returning to tell us that there were already two patties on it. We explained again that we paid for a triple. The worker requested to see a paper receipt for our mobile order as she could not take my phone into the store. I was not offered a receipt so showed them my order in the mobile app. The worker asked to take my phone into the store, which I allowed, as well as the original sandwich, and brought back the same sandwich with another patty plus my phone covered in grease. I thought you couldnt serve returned food in food service. Just seems like an exceptional hassle, and I cant imagine many people are trying to defraud fast food restaurants $1.25 for an extra patty. To top it off the iced coffee was vanilla, but we just left it alone at that point.

Always ensure you have everything you ordered. I have never ordered from here and got everything I ordered in one go. The staff are always making mistakes that can be avoided by just reading the order and paying attention.
