The person making your bowl/burrito is sweaty and tried using the same gloves he touched his sweaty hat with and then pulled up his pants with. Then gets an attitude when I ask him to change his gloves. Seriously go eat somewhere else than this place

First time I've ever been, it was a decent. Employees were super friendly, which is important because a large portion of businesses lack that. The wait wasn't long, and preparing the food was also fast. The only issue was the tables could have used some more detail, and the area for drinks and eating utensils needed attention, but seeing this was my first time that could have been an off moment.

Unfortunately, over the last year only about half my app orders have been correct and on time. My last 3 have had issues. They too often forget items.

Portions were aweful. I asked for fajita mix and he gave me an extremely small scoop, probably like 3 pieces of pepper and not much else. Most other things were added in small portions too. If I'm paying 14 dollars for a burrito it better fill me up and this disappointed me. I'd rather go to the other side of town to Fiesta Vera Cruz and pay about the same for a meal that I have to get a box for and I get great service too and a fun time not to mention better food all around. I probably won't be coming back here if I can help it and I recommend others consider what they are going to get before coming here.

The amount of attitude from every employee, then when I go to check out the worker answer a phone call on there personal cell phone and just stands in front of me while I am waiting to pay for my order

It's so sad to walk into one of our favorite restaurants and see the utter chaos I witnessed today. There was food literally on and around every surface of this service area. I've never in all the years we've been choosing Chipotle seen a location look like this one did. I should have turned around and walked out.
Please, someone who reads these comments, send help to the Wilmington, OH location. It should have the same standards as all other Chipotles we visit.
