Portions were aweful. I asked for fajita mix and he gave me an extremely small scoop, probably like 3 pieces of pepper and not much else. Most other things were added in small portions too. If I'm paying 14 dollars for a burrito it better fill me up and this disappointed me. I'd rather go to the other side of town to Fiesta Vera Cruz and pay about the same for a meal that I have to get a box for and I get great service too and a fun time not to mention better food all around. I probably won't be coming back here if I can help it and I recommend others consider what they are going to get before coming here.

It's so sad to walk into one of our favorite restaurants and see the utter chaos I witnessed today. There was food literally on and around every surface of this service area. I've never in all the years we've been choosing Chipotle seen a location look like this one did. I should have turned around and walked out. Please, someone who reads these comments, send help to the Wilmington, OH location. It should have the same standards as all other Chipotles we visit.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the last time I will ever go to this location! They are always out of something. The restaurant is so dirty inside and the portion size they give you is half of other Chipotle bowl size.

Half the time the poor people there don't have enough people so they can't even get to you to help you looking at him like you're stupid and then the food is just I don't like it so that's my opinion you might really like it I just don't it has a funny taste to it the atmosphere is kind of I don't know you can feel the tension of the poor people working when there's only like three people working the whole store because they don't want to pay nobody or nobody wants to show up or whatever is going on

I’m not the one to call and complain but I think it’s time too. My boyfriend and I will order from this location almost every other week. We use the mobile app. Everytime we order, there’s always something missing from what we order and we don’t EVER call and complain.. This last time, we ordered $60 dollars worth through the app because it was a long day of moving and a long drive to where we were heading. We ordered 2 bowls, extra everything - we have to always order extra now because like I said, there’s always things missing and/or getting skimped out of. And even then, ordering extra is pointless because it’s never extra. And a burrito, same thing as the bowls. Only received 2 bowls without any veggies or queso and no extra meat and a small bag of chips.
Keep in mind, we ordered extra everything in both bowls and everything in a burrito. $60 dollars.
This location alone doesn’t pay attention to the order screen and if the employees don’t pay attention, then bring the cost of food at this place and replace your employees at this location.

Thought this chipotle was better than the other one but I'm not sure anymore,went in today for lunch, only thing I get is a salad so if someone orders a salad you should probably let them know you have no dressing before they order it. Plus no ice for your drinks, I've read some of the other reviews and I don't think it's gotten better... disappointing...
I ordered a door dash. I ordered a steak burrito with extra steak. The burrito did not how any steak in it. There was no meat. I paid for steak/extra steak and got no steak. This chipotle too has made mistakes on orders before too. They are terrible. I can’t believe I paid all that money to not get any meat. I will not order from them again. And this mistake puts me off of ordering any chipotle ever again. I’m also at work so I can’t just leave to fix the problem. I want a refund, but can’t leave work.

The service was EXCELLENT, some of the food that should have been warm, was cold. The trash should be taken out more often and the drink station should be tended to more often as well. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was myself and one other person and they were waiting on her. After her they asked me to wait, then the one who ask me to wait, fixed herself food and said someone else would help me. All of that took about 10 min. He came up to help me but the rice, the beef, the cheese and the qeso was empty. The guy doing some of the prep and cooking had a huge mouth full of chewing tobacco and could hardly keep his mouth closed. There were no clean tables at all, yet I saw at least 7 employees. The place was dirty, tables, floor and their prep counters and the drink station. Food had no taste, the qeso was thick, lumpy and cold and some of my chips were burnt. I used to love Chipotle, but it has gone down hill terribly.
