8pm, Doors locked, no sign, people inside eating, employees just looking at us from the counter. I'm a few days late posting this but multiple people walked up and had the same issues so I'm surprised not to see more reviews about it, I guess it's just common here.

i ordered through the app about $60 worth of food. i went to pick it up, and the doors are locked and there’s a CLOSED sign on the door. I tried calling different numbers, getting in contact with different support employees and after an hour, I didn’t get any help. I wanted a refund, since I didn’t get my food, but they refused saying the store was indeed opened because that’s what it said online. now i’m out $60 and didn’t get the food. this has been beyond irritating. it’s always something wrong at this location.

The person making your bowl/burrito is sweaty and tried using the same gloves he touched his sweaty hat with and then pulled up his pants with. Then gets an attitude when I ask him to change his gloves. Seriously go eat somewhere else than this place

First time I've ever been, it was a decent. Employees were super friendly, which is important because a large portion of businesses lack that. The wait wasn't long, and preparing the food was also fast. The only issue was the tables could have used some more detail, and the area for drinks and eating utensils needed attention, but seeing this was my first time that could have been an off moment.
