I waited at the counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the 6 employees working. The manager (Ebony) came to the register no hello no I apologize for the wait. Simply asked for my order which I placed; deluxe double cheese combo, extra cheese, large fry and drink. I paid got the cup and there was no ice at the machine. I went back up to the counter and my food was ready a few seconds after I walked away which seemed odd. The food typically takes a bit longer to prepare. So I asked for a refund she began to interrogate me as if I was a criminal. Asking why I placed the order, I explained that I was not satisfied with the service. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she got angry and claimed that I do this all the time. Which is not true I live in HIllsboro, Oh. She stated that she just refunded me a 3 piece chicken dinner which is absolutely never happened. This was all happening while there were several children behind me. She started the refund and had the money in her hand I reached for it and she would not let the money go and began to chastise me in public. I told her this was ridiculous and to stop being aggressive towards me for no reason. After I got the money she turned her back to me stating I was a liar. I have never been treated so poorly at this DQ and I hope that you review the camera footage to verify. I spoke to the general manager about the incident he was polite and stated that he would pass the message on to the owner Keith Chambers. I am not expecting anything I just hope that Ebony is retrained on customer service.

I've had nothing but unpleasant experiences with Hannah, she literally slammed my food on on the table and told me and my buddy we needed to be patient! This is not the first negative encounter with this manager. I've put in calls to corporate as well as the Rombach location with Dakota, asking him to have Keith, David, or Barb call me directly. Not only does she brag about 17 cases of icing being left left to ruin because it was ordered on the truck and Dakota and his opening staff didn't put it in the walk in, and she was notified to make.room a d get it in the walk in on her evening shift, she chose to leave it out for 3 days because she ordered it, it was delivered on their truck day, and they chose not to put it in the walk in. So she leaves it out to spoil for 3 days, because it was not her responsibility, it was delivered on a truck day, they should have put it away... in her words As well as taking stacks of customer receipts home on a nightly basis, filing out fraudulent surveys to get her 3 month bonus. Theres a reason they call her Diane Jr... SMH. Is that really the type of management you want working for your company, Keith, David, Barb?

Replacement the much loved Long John Silvers and you could ask what Wilmington did wrong for that to happen. Average food at a very much higher price for fast food. I know of the owners and the employees' wages isn't to blame.

Not easy to get in and out because of the way the street is set up. Do have plenty of parking and right across from the park, it could get too busy at times. I will not try it again.

When I went inside it smelled like wet animals. I ordered a burger combo. The lettuce was brown and slimy. I ate the curds but threw away the burger. Not a good experience.

Wow! I don’t even know where to start, this restaurant was very clean even when they weren’t the busiest, the food was amazing and the employee on the front counter made me feel very welcome. I would also like to thank the grill staff for the amazing food they made me, especially Seth, he did a phenomenal job making my food (I think he made it) if I could rate it higher than five I would and will definitely be returning.

I cannot thank this DQ store enough, specifically Tessa. I pre-ordered a cake and accidentally wrote the pick up date for the week AFTER I needed it. Tessa was SO amazing and decorated the cake within 2 hrs for me to pick up which was not an easy feat since I asked for an edible photo to be used. I can't thank you enough, Tessa ❤️
