WILL NEVER answer the phone when you try to call, EVER. And normally you wouldn't have to call a little Ceasars because they are supposed to have hot and ready pizza, but they NEVER do so you have to try and order it ahead of time, but can't because they won't answer. Terrible service

Why do you never have someone near by listening for customers? Stopped by today to get a pizza for my mom. NO ONE AROUND. Surely you hire more than 1 person? Damn I really wanted the pretzel pizza 🍕 😕 😪

Highly recommend Little Caesars in Wilmington. We stop by here every time we are in town for a horse show at WEC. The food is good, but the customer service is what keeps us coming back. Everyone we’ve had serve us is incredibly polite and friendly, every single time.

Don't waste your time with this little Ceasers. Ordered delivery and they did not send my pizza. Tried calling the store no answer. Guess I will complain to Doordash and Little Ceasers corporate.

Very disappointing.
The staff uses their dirty, bare-hands to touch food. Even after touching other dirty items throughout the establishment. Did not end up ordering.

I ordered the new bacon and cheese puffs. The middle was supposed to have nacho cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mine was made with pizza sauce. Very disappointed

Ordered the "fanceroni" pizza(100 slices of pepperoni), pretty sure they gave me a regular pepperoni that had been sitting for a while, crazy bread was just plain bread nothing else on it, I called about both items and after basically arguing with the employee I gave up. This place used to be amazing but it has just continuously gone down, unfortunately will not be going back

Get food home ICB didn't have the garlic on top, and was cold. 2 pep pizzas looked like sat for too long also cold. This has happened more than today. I am not usually a complainer however I keep spending 10-30$ a time and this is prob unfortunately the last. ..last incident my husband waited 25 min for deep dish, pep pizza and ICB and when got home they gave us an old pep pizza.

No one in the store speaks or understands much English. I ordered a pizza on-line for pick up. I arrived at the store only to be told my food had already been picked up. So they let someone steal my pizza. I will be disputing the credit card charge and will not be back to this store.
