Went and got pizza yesterday for the family and it was burnt and we didn’t get everything we ordered then when we call nobody answer or we get someone who can’t speak English and they won’t give the phone to someone else

Tried to place order in the store wouldnt take my order told me I had to order online. They keep repeating online orders only. Found out is because they dont want to want on people or speak English. When I finally got them to take my order they throw my money on the counter when returning it to me and it took 40 mins for my order to be ready.

The food was good, but they must have been out of pretzel dough and used regular. They said nothing, and I found out when I got home. Didn't appreciate that, but I'm trying to be fair to the rest of the meal. Overall, it hit the spot.

WILL NEVER answer the phone when you try to call, EVER. And normally you wouldn't have to call a little Ceasars because they are supposed to have hot and ready pizza, but they NEVER do so you have to try and order it ahead of time, but can't because they won't answer. Terrible service

Highly recommend Little Caesars in Wilmington. We stop by here every time we are in town for a horse show at WEC. The food is good, but the customer service is what keeps us coming back. Everyone we’ve had serve us is incredibly polite and friendly, every single time.

Don't waste your time with this little Ceasers. Ordered delivery and they did not send my pizza. Tried calling the store no answer. Guess I will complain to Doordash and Little Ceasers corporate.
