My husband went through the drive thru got home and they messed up the order. He called to tell them and they were snobby and rude as all get out, literally called him a dumbass before hanging up. Highly don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s if you can avoid it

As if one bad recent experience with their egg McMuffins wasn't bad enough, I came back and got two sandwiches. The Big Mac was barely warmish and no napkins in my bag!!!!

Service was slow. Setup for mobile ordering needs adjustment. Staff was commendably helpful In fixing the issues with my order. However I doubt if I will do mobile ordering with them again.
Great staff. The kiosk had a glitch and wouldn't print the receipt and one of the ladies got my receipt some other way with virtually no wait. She was extremely helpful and polite.

This is a pretty poor experience of a McDonald's. They are very slow. I routinely sit for an hour after I order my food, go to check on it, and they haven't even started on it. I have had this happen a lot of times. I have stopped visiting for the most part because of this.
