I set an online order for delivery at 7:30. It's been over an hour and it's still not here. This is not the first time it has happened either. Everytime I order delivery , it's always up to an hour late. I love the pizza. But not the wait time. If you order delivery, don't expect it to come on time.

Placed a carry out order and went to pick it up and it still wasn’t done. Over an hour from when placing the order. There was a lot of people waiting and no one at the counter helping. The worker finally came over to ask for my name after standing there for 10-15mins. Said that they are getting multiple orders and my order probably wasn’t done yet. I told her that the app said it was done and she said no it probabaly isn’t because the system isn’t correct. Workers are rude and frantic. Need a better system. Go to a different pizza place

It had been awhile since I ordered from Papa John’s. Not the quality of pizza that I remember from the past.
Ordered extra cheese as well as other toppings, and barely had a single order of cheese. Skimpy on the other toppings as well.
Very disappointed. Will try elsewhere from now on.

2/22/25 we ordered a pizza pepperoni with half mushroom and pepperoni! ,who ever made it is incapable,they should not be alone, papa John's in Wilmington has went down hill, it won't be long hopefully they will be out, and the people that work there will be unemployed, quality is not their thing!

The new General Manager Chris Leary is an absolute piece of work. Terrible leader and disrespectful little punk. He told his manager they were unreliable because they called off to go to the hospital when they were coughing blood. Regularly yells at and belittles his employees. He serves expired product and punishes anyone who calls him out on his crap. The retention rate of this store is a complete joke. Shawn knew how to run that store and they screwed him out of his position. He Doordashes most orders and underutilizes his drivers. You never know when and if you'll get your food, let alone if it won't poison you. I quit only a couple weeks ago and he tells everyone he fired me. Rustin, the one above Chris is a complete joke. Those idiots are meant for each other. Do not eat there if you have any respect for yourself and your well-being. This store needs shut down, clean and simple.

I worked here for all of 2 weeks and that place is worse than any place I've ever worked at and I've been in the service industry for almost 16 years. Chris the supposed general manager is a complete joke he tried firing me all because I was asking questions on what goes on the pizzas and how to make them. Jokes on him because I quit before he could do anything about it. LMAO. That place is full of drama and they expect you to know everything after you've only been there for a week and will leave you on oven, line and dough station all by yourself expecting you to do it all while the managers go out and smoke weed. Then the managers want to complain about the pizza times but refuse to help anyone out or just stand around and yell instead of having a team meeting and actually fixing the situation. They have also been selling moldy hoagies and the general manager doesn't care he says use them!!! This place needs to be shut down, ASAP! Plus the one who Always starts the drama in the store is CHRIS himself.
