In the last six months, my diet has changed drastically. The pizza hut is one thing I can still enjoy. I love just their plain breadsticks and their marinara dipping sauce is my favorite. You're not gonna find a better marinara. The new owners are extra sweet and always accommodate any extra request.I might have for them. Customer service is a ten out of ten everytime. Definitely recommended!!! Will be back!! Lol once a week for the rest of my life probably

Girl worker had her whole family in the kitchen. I sat there at the window for 15 mins waiting for them to come to the window then i proceeded to wait for my food another 15 then didn’t even get my full order. That is literally a violation in any food place to have little children around the ovens and food. Not a family reunion at your job people get your stuff together.

Go in and order so much easier. Everytime I go in and order Morgan the Mgr is always there.She is very nice friendly.She cares about her customers. my order is always hot and fresh.This young lady deserves the 5 stars. Y'all should give this girl a raise. Excellent!!!

Tonight I waited several minutes blat drive through and during that time I watched Lisa touch everything including frozen chicken with no gloves. That's a health concern if I've ever seen one. Disgusting!
Ordered the 2 pizzas, boneless wings and bacon cheddar bread sticks combo. The wings were hard and the dog wouldn't eat them. The bacon cheddar cheese bread was soaked with grease to the level I squeezed and it dripped onto the box. And it was almost burnt. The 2 pizzas were also soaking in grease. He had to use a napkin to keep from dropping the slices.

They do not have a restroom you can use, which I thought was illegal it's a dine in restaurant, if you go in first thing in the morning you may as well just get ready to wait at least 30 minutes is there all going to be outside

I don’t normally order Pizza Hut nor do I think I have even ate it in the past maybe when I was little we went to a Pizza Hut for dinner once but I don’t really remember it I have a lot of mouths to feed and they have awesome deals for just 20$ or a little more if u wanna add a couple more sides, anyway I ordered stuff crust pepperoni pizza with wings and a bread stick and omg it was so yummy even the wings don’t taste cheap and they have a lot of wing flavors to choose from the breadsticks were amazing and the pizza as well the staff was super kind and helped me with making sure I got the most bang for my buck they have a drive up window and you don’t even have to get out of your card the man who gave me my pizza and took my payment was super cool and friendly I will 100% be ordering from this Pizza Hut in the future I recommend anyone trying out this pizza and sides the sauce was amazing and they didn’t over power it with cheese I don’t like to much cheese especially on a stuffed crust but it’s still enough to where if u like cheese and want some there is plenty just a good meal all way around thanks Wilmington Pizza Hut

Employee A is sitting scrolling on phone(maybe on break), Employee B walks away when he sees me, does mention that someone will be right with me. Employee C comes from the back...tells me that my pizzas were given away to someone else and they were remaking them. Please give us 10 mins. I leave. Drive around the block. Come back via drive through 737... Employee C greets me... says they are taking it out of the oven. Employee B goes to hand me two pizzas and three containers. I ask for a bag. Gives me a bag. Employee B is done and walks away. I tap on the window. Still need my breadsticks.... he gets breadsticks. Then walks away. Then I tap again as none of the sauces I ordered were included either....
Ask Employee B if I could get a copy of the receipt, so I could make sure that I got all that was ordered. He says let me go get my manager, the manager is absent after around 3 mins or one song on the radio... I left after no one showed up AND
I had added a $5 tip upon ordering online
DO NOT TIP UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR FOOD and CERTAINLY DONT PRE TIP.
I don't know who was in charge of how the business is ran, but that needs to be reevaluated... I know this isn't a 4 star restaurant.... It's not like I was speaking to pre adults or anything.
