They do not have a restroom you can use, which I thought was illegal it's a dine in restaurant, if you go in first thing in the morning you may as well just get ready to wait at least 30 minutes is there all going to be outside

I don’t normally order Pizza Hut nor do I think I have even ate it in the past maybe when I was little we went to a Pizza Hut for dinner once but I don’t really remember it I have a lot of mouths to feed and they have awesome deals for just 20$ or a little more if u wanna add a couple more sides, anyway I ordered stuff crust pepperoni pizza with wings and a bread stick and omg it was so yummy even the wings don’t taste cheap and they have a lot of wing flavors to choose from the breadsticks were amazing and the pizza as well the staff was super kind and helped me with making sure I got the most bang for my buck they have a drive up window and you don’t even have to get out of your card the man who gave me my pizza and took my payment was super cool and friendly I will 100% be ordering from this Pizza Hut in the future I recommend anyone trying out this pizza and sides the sauce was amazing and they didn’t over power it with cheese I don’t like to much cheese especially on a stuffed crust but it’s still enough to where if u like cheese and want some there is plenty just a good meal all way around thanks Wilmington Pizza Hut
Dec 27th 2024. Wilmington Oh. Order picture placed in picture. Additional pictures added as well. Ordered online. Requesting 715 pickup. Arrive at 720. Walk in store. Employee A is sitting scrolling on phone(maybe on break), Employee B walks away when he sees me, does mention that someone will be right with me. Employee C comes from the back...tells me that my pizzas were given away to someone else and they were remaking them. Please give us 10 mins. I leave. Drive around the block. Come back via drive through 737... Employee C greets me... says they are taking it out of the oven. Employee B goes to hand me two pizzas and three containers. I ask for a bag. Gives me a bag. Employee B is done and walks away. I tap on the window. Still need my breadsticks.... he gets breadsticks. Then walks away. Then I tap again as none of the sauces I ordered were included either....
Ask Employee B if I could get a copy of the receipt, so I could make sure that I got all that was ordered. He says let me go get my manager, the manager is absent after around 3 mins or one song on the radio... I left after no one showed up AND
I had added a $5 tip upon ordering online
DO NOT TIP UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR FOOD and CERTAINLY DONT PRE TIP.
I don't know who was in charge of how the business is ran, but that needs to be reevaluated... I know this isn't a 4 star restaurant.... It's not like I was speaking to pre adults or anything.

This place can never have the cuppy pepperoni! The driver always says, we’re out , I added more reg pep, and there’s no way that they do there’s one piece per slice! Driver always forgets my 20oz drinks! Always try and give this place a shot but they always just disappoint! Just take your cuppy pepperoni off the menu since you never have it! Don’t waste your time at this Pizza Hut, you won’t get what you ordered!

I ordered a fairly large pick up order near closing time on 9-25-24. The gentleman working in the store that evening was working alone. I didn't catch his name, but he deserves recognition. He had all my food cooked perfect, and was very apologetic when I showed up early to pick up the food and it wasn't ready quite yet. You don't meet many people that work in the food industry that actually put effort in and care about the customers. Any other place would have been rude because I placed such a large order near closing time. So to whoever was working that night, thank you a million.

I have ordered from here twice while I'm at work I order pasta and breadsticks, last time there was no marinara so I ordered some this time no .marinara when doordash dropped my order I did get doordash to bring me some so thank you doordash but I open my bread sticks which are my favorite thing and nothing is on the bread sticks the spices and parmasian cheese are what make them the best bread sticks around!! Very disappointed in wilmington pizza hut!! I ate some because I'm starving but so disappointed ?
Placed an order at 10:30 pm and went to pick it up and was told there was nothing on the board and hasn't made anything and then proceeded to lock the door and had to call the cops to get our money back..I will not be ordering from this store again

Kathy is so sweet and does a wonderful job. I stopped going to Pizza Hut for a while but since Kathy’s been there the food has been hot and very good! She has great customer service and is just overall great!

Pizzas just weren't as good as they normally are. It seemed like they were pre-made and sat in a warming rack until an order was placed. Throw on the added toppings heat and box. They didn't even look their normal fresh made.The Cinnabon's were good!
