Was at the convention center nexr door came over for food not many people, cool little environment, awesome waitress food was pretty good, I got Nashville Hot and thats my home state, they missed the mark on that too sweet, overall good food portions were on the small side but would return

If you're in the area, it's ok to stop by. If you're making a special trip, don't bother. The place is clean and spacious, but the service was just awful. The worst part was watching the server sitting at the bar talking with other workers while we waited for various needs, like filling our drinks, etc. Dropped by the table only once after the food was given. The biggest crime is that the food is just not interesting or flavorful unfortunately. Handicap accessible.

Really a cool place atmosphere wise. The servers were good but not very sociable for a slow Sunday. The food was excellent but just a little more of a price than your typical regular american grill.

Nice place- service was great- food was fresh and good. But they had one horrible country station blaring from the kitchen, another horrible country station blaring in the dining room, and open garage doors to a pretty decent band on the patio. It was auditory torture. My wife left without finishing her food after politely asking for the interior music to be turned off. They turned the dining room music down for about 10 mins. She left with a migraine and an unfinished dinner. Unless you want to sit in the heat and yell over a band on the patio- don’t go for an adult dinner on a night with live music.

Stopped by for lunch today and had the best cheeseburger of my life—juicy, flavorful, and pure perfection! The fries? Crispy, golden, and absolutely amazing. Tristan, our server/bartender, was a rockstar—attentive, friendly, and kept my drink full the entire time. This place is a gem! If you’re nearby, you have to check it out. 10/10, will be back!

There are empty tables throughout the restaurant.. They tell us the kitchen is backed up,so we can't be seated. We have bought drinks from the bar and so we ask if we can just relax at an empty table with our drinks until they can serve food. No. That would make too much sense,so let's stand at the bar for 45 minutes,while all the tables sit empty. The girls were rude and dismissive. I definitely would not recommend it. We ate here last night and the food was marginal at best. The fries were cold and the mac and cheese was bland. The pulled pork was not bad. 2 stars for the food. 0 stars for the attitude. The bartender was actually very cool.

Our flatbread appetizer was quite good. Our burgers arrived not as we ordered and the fries were cold. Our server failed to bring mustard as requested and missed out on a second drink order as they were attending to a large party. Overall, we are not in a hurry to give Ralph's a second try.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Waited 45 min for a table when you could clearly see that over half of the place was empty. Ordered our appetizers and our meals at the same time. Our meals came out 15min before the appetizers even after we asked about them. Got a steak with baked potato butter only and fires. The steak was nothing special, fries came out cold and hard like they have been sitting there all day. Baked potato came out loaded and when I told them that it was wrong I was told that that’s all that they had. Before I could even say anything else they walked away. 20 minutes later the waitress finally came back over and when I brought it to her attention all she said was ok and walked away. Never got refills even when asked. And asked for a manager and they never came. I will never come back to this place.
