Have eaten here on two separate occasions months apart and was sick the next day. The draft beef did have a funny taste too it. Don't know. But nice place.

I needed a quiet place to sit and have lunch. It was perfect.Service was fantastic. Food and beer were great...but that damn carrot cake was ridiculously good. I called to see if there was any other way to get it as I am not in Ohio often, but it is a Ralph's exclusive.... diabolically genius.

The best part of this experience was the manager who made things right and the cesar salad (which was really good) the drinks- daiquiri and margaritas had to be sent back. They were made from a mix and did not taste good at all. The hush puppies came out completely raw. The Mac and cheese was tasteless and gummy. It looks good but tastes horrible. The nashville hot chicken was supposed to come w fried pickles. It did not and just tasted like a bad Tabasco. Steak came out cold and with some sort of (unadvertised) sweet sauce on it. Baked potatoes were cold and hard...my mom said the coconut shrimp was pretty good. 3/10...wouldn't come again. Our waitress took 15 minutes to even say hello despite walking past us several times. We had no idea she was supposed to be our waitress.

My wife and I went there out of several major items on the menu, the waitress does not know the menu was unable to get refills of our drinks, the mac and cheese was unedible it was dry and gummy, the fried chicken meal my wife was served was so burnt, and of course the chicken was extremely dry, I ordered the pot roast dinner, the vegetables we're hard like they've never been cooked and the roast beef had absolutely zero flavor. A restaurant charging these prices but delivering absolutely no customer service and food with no flavor and poorly cooked I would avoid it don't waste your money.

The service started out pretty good. Bartender asked for my drink order ans brought over a menu, after a few minutes came back and took my food order and brought the drink i ordered. The good service ended there. The ladies working all came out from the back and started gossiping about other co-workers, complaining about them and being just over all rude all while the few people at the bar could hear the entire conversation. If you want to sit back and listen to the staff act like they are back in high school then this is the place for you.

Located in a Holiday Inn just off I 71. Way better than the average hotel restaurant. Associated with R&L trucking it has memorabilia from that company's history. Excellent draft beer selection. Nice menu, friendly staff. Give it a go.

Be sure to call for reservations over the weekend. They get busy. There were six of us at the table. The restaurant did not have three of the six meals we asked for.

I was going to the off road expo and saw that Ralph's was there and decided to try it out, it was busy, but we lucked out and got in quickly! Lindsay, our server, was a gem—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything despite the rush. The taco bar was a hit, loaded with tasty options that satisfied every craving. Great vibes, great food, great service—what more could you ask for? Definitely coming back for another round!

Ralph's truly shone this past weekend, even amidst the bustling chaos of a packed house. Despite the overwhelming crowd, their culinary team operated seamlessly, delivering exceptional dishes with finesse and speed. I was particularly impressed by the dedication of the managers, Stacie, Kyle, Kirsty, and David who was the server who not only kept things running smoothly but also personally attended to large groups, ensuring everyone felt valued and taken care of. It was evident that every member of the team came together with a shared goal: to provide an unforgettable dining experience. This level of teamwork and commitment is what sets Ralph's apart and keeps me coming back for more. Bravo to the entire Ralph's team for turning a hectic Saturday into a memorable culinary journey.

There aren't a lot of great places to stop, sit down, and have a nice meal between Cincinnati and Columbus. My family and I recently discovered Ralph's American Grill, about halfway along the 100-mile drive between the two cities. They are a self-proclaimed tribute to the trucking industry and feature decor reflecting the area's rich history in transportation, including the nearby R+L Carriers. For my meal, I opted for the Nashville sandwich, with a spicy fried chicken breast, coleslaw, pickle, and mayo on a toasted bun ($13.95 with choice of side). The coleslaw was particularly good I thought, and the chicken was well seasoned and not overly spicy. My wife had the paramount pulled pork sandwich topped with BBQ sauce, coleslaw, cheddar cheese, and fried onions on Texas toast ($13.95 with choice of side). This was also a pretty good sandwich, though quite messy. My kids sampled the Mack (truck) & cheese ($4.99) and the Bavarian-style pretzels with beer cheese, honey mustard, and everything cream cheese dip ($9.95). They also have a nice beer list featuring beers from Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus.
